Moore’s Law
Moore’s Law: is the observation made by Intel co-founder Gordon Moore that the number of transistors on a chip doubles every year while the costs are halved. It is the computing term which simplified version of this law states that processing power for computers will double every two years.. .shows that the term is not very popular but the rule is still accepted.
The limitations which exists in that once transistors can be created as as atomic particles, then there will be no more room for growth in the CPU market where speeds are concerned.

Value chain: the set of the activities performed in an industry or in a firm that transforms raw inputs into final products and services.
Example: Apple Inc. vs. Samsung
Benefits:
1. to create and strengthen its competitive advantage
2. they can ensures that the value it’s creating exceeds the cost to create that value.
3. company can map out their specific activities.
