[ ✉️ -> Jaeyoung ] it was that bad?! Oh have you met him? Maybe I need to become his friends since we're basically dating sisters. Jaeyoung, I meant besides being in your life... you know... being in your panties. I need your approval too.
[Text] You should!! You and him should totally have a lunch date! Especially now that she sent...That.
[Text] Ah, should I come by the building so they can see you have a girlfriend? I'll dress nicely. I think I have a dress.
[Text] I promise. If I keep coming back to someone, and letting them sleep in my bed with their clothes on, I'm absolutely comfortable with them getting in my panties.

“Should I schedule a home visit into the books to make sure you’re living arrangements are good, because otherwise I will feel like I’m not paying you enough and same goes for Apple. I take care of my employees, I make sure they are well off.” The soju gets put down after a taste, he takes the chopsticks to eat. Humming. Nodding as Kwangsun accepted this offer. Happy about it even. “Then it’s a deal, we will eat together from now.” Urges the other to eat up, knowing he had been hungry and the same went for him after all.
"I'm paid very well, I just don't do that much with the money. You'll hate my apartment if you came by." He rolled his eyes before finally beginning to eat. After a few pieces, he spoke up again. "I live really simple, so it kind of looks like I'm dirt poor, but I'm comfortable with it. I don't feel the need to have a whole lot of stuff crammed into my apartment."

“You do know you’re making it sound like you don’t have a table at home or that you often eat like this, do you? Because I won’t be having that. How about we make a deal..” He takes the soju glass once it’s filled, a smile on his face. “Thank you.” He said before continuing with the previous topic. “…whenever you come here, let it be lunch time or evening, we have a meal together. I’m known for being busy and neglecting meal time, it would benefit us both. You can’t be surviving off of instant ramen.”
"I have a table at home! Well, I have a coffee table. It's one of those big ones, so I sit on the floor and eat. When I'm busy with work, though, I'm usually without one. So I've managed to balance my food quite well." He took his own glass of soju, raising it in a silent toast before drinking it. "Hm...That sounds like a good deal. We'll take turns buying. And for your information, I don't live off of instant ramen. Only when I'm in a rush do I go for it, or I'm incredibly exhausted."

Jongsuk watched the situation. It was amusing. He closed his laptop and picked his papers up, along with the notebook. Setting them all aside. “Put the food on the table. Come on, that can’t be comfortable. Also..” he doesn’t start eating right away, standing up and grabbing two glasses from the mini bar in his office, setting them on the table for soju. “Which bottle would you like to open first?”
Laughing again, he moved his chair closer to the desk and set down his tray of food. "I'm used to it, honestly, but it is much nicer to have a table to use." He grabbed one of the soju bottles, a green grape flavor, and cracked it open. Carefully, he poured each of them a glass, making sure to pour Jongsuk's first.

“Didn’t pay attention… fine, just send me the bill later. Otherwise I might just think you’re treating me for dinner and bunch of drinks apparently.. thirsty?” Chuckles and accepts the food from Kwangsun, looking at the selection. He nods. “Good choices, thank you for this. Will you be sharing any of those drinks with me too or is that all for you?”
"I didn't even get the receipt." He tore off another tray lid, beginning to grab some sushi for himself. "Soju is meant to be shared, so of course we're sharing it." Chuckling softly, he sat down and carefully balanced the tray on his lap. "The place I went to is more American style, but they have a really good variety of both traditional and non-traditional. It's my go to for when I want sushi."

Jongsuk had almost dozed off, marks on his face from where he had leant against his arm. Button mark on his cheek. He smiles when Kwangsun enters and when the food is brought out. He was hungry. “We are both bad when it comes to feeding, I need to get some food here to make sure you eat enough. I don’t need you passing out on me.” Yawns, stretching and leaning back. He looks over at everything. “How much do I owe you? This is a lot of food.”
"Oh, I didn't pay attention to the total." He laughed softly, setting the six bottles of soju on the desk before tearing off the lid of one of the takeout boxes. Quickly, he started adding a variety of sushi to the makeshift plate before bringing it over to Jongsuk. "Here you go."

“You frustrate me.”
“I will see you here in an hour. Dimitri will let you in, everyone else has left already. I dismissed them before asking you to come back, they frustrated me even more than you do.”
Kwangsun showed up to the office a little over an hour later, carrying a box full of sushi and flavored soju. He easily carried the box inside, setting it down to the side and starting to unpack the box. "I got a little bit of everything...I think I forgot to eat yesterday, too. Yesterday was busy."

“I am always hungry after a work out, plus I need energy if I am going to work this out. I have a week to get this done and time is slipping away from me. You know making mistakes isn’t an option.”
“Also. I’m not the only one wanting this. You melt immediately, you want me too.”
"A work out? You considered that a work out? You're going with me to the gym next time. Anyways, I'm at the restaurant, I'll be headed back hopefully soon."

“Take your time. I’m not going anywhere, I will be right where you left me. Looking like a hot mess because of this certain someone, slaying away and picking my own brain until you get here.”
“Nothing vegan when it comes to sushi. Nothing vegetarian. I like my fish and meat.”
"Don't blame me that you can't keep your pants on around me. It looks like I'll be closer to an hour, since it'll take time to make our order. You better be really hungry."

“You need to treat your body better. Ramen won’t do. Get us some sushi, something more decent. I can ping you some money if you need it. You’re under no obligation to spend your money on me darling. I shall go back to working on this freaking store as I wait for you. I have a lot to think about now.”
"Don't worry about it, I've got it. Anything I should avoid? It'll probably be another half hour or more before I finally get there. The place I like is a little bit away, but it gives me an excuse to drive. As for the shop, just think of something you never notice, but it's always there when you need it. It's the best cover in the world, in my opinion."

“And I would kill you, if I had to. Feelings or no feelings, if you were a threat then I would make sure to take care of it. Now, can you bring me food as well? Don’t think I’ll be out of here any time soon and I am starving. Let me know, as I’ll order something if you’re too busy for this insignificant errand from me.”
“Also, think of names. For this shop.. you are full of ideas today, tell me them all.”
"What are you in the mood for? I was just going to eat a bowl of ramen real quick from the convenience store. I guess if you're hungry too, then I should get us something more proper. And don't ask me about store names! I only have ideas, things that could go unnoticed and blend in. I spend all day walking around, anyways, so it's only natural I could think of that."

(Haneul continued from the meme last night)
Beomgyu studied the guy in front of him for a moment, observing the scene in front of him. The other man didn't behave like someone who just killed someone. Leaving would be the smart move because whatever happened to the other man wasn't his business. "Relax, I'm not going to hurt you. A smart criminal wouldn't kill you off. Why kill someone when they can take the fall from your crime?" A soft sigh escaped his lips as he looked around the surrounding area. "You should be worried about the police. When they find you, they'll certainly send you straight to jail."
"Don't freak out on me." Beomgyu looked back at the other boy, slipping his hands back into the pockets of his jacket. The auditor couldn't leave the other boy to deal with law enforcement by himself. He seemed like the type of person who would want to help the police, but that would be his biggest mistake. "I can help you get out of this situation without getting caught. You need to listen to everything I say. First drag your dead friend behind the trash can. What's your shoes and clothing size? You'll need some new clothes." Beomgyu rubbed his eyes, forcing himself to maintain to remain calm. For their plan to work he needed to remain calm...well...as calm as possible given their current situation.
As much as Haneul wished this had been the first time he had found himself like this, it wasn't. It was only the second, and the last time he knew the guy. That was years ago, though. Before he managed to reform himself, and change his path. His eyes were focused on the other's body language, unable to help but agree with what he said about the police. Sure, he knew he could convince them, but he also didn't feel like spending hours or days in a police station again. Especially not with his past. He may have been a juvenile, but the police were absolutely aware of his history.
Taking a few, deep breaths, he calmed himself back down before standing up and lifting the body by it's shoulders rather easily. Following his directions, he managed to more carry the body over to the dumpster and wedged it between the building. After making sure it was well hidden, he stepped back over towards Beomgyu as he wiped his hands on his apron. "I live nearby, so I can go home and change. There's a shortcut behind that building, and I can take the fire escape up. Then I can toss these in an incinerator, and get changed...These shoes were new, too." He sighed heavily as he looked down at his shoes. "...I could always just clean them." Shaking his head, he pulled a pack of cigarettes from his pocket, quickly lighting one up and taking a drag before he started walking towards the path he had just mentioned. "Come on."

“Apple— it always comes down to her, but okay. I understand and I will be more patient next time. Just come back when you’re free, kay?”
“Wouldn’t it be too suspicious though? A plain boring shop that just doesn’t seem to go out of business? You know people are clever and they will figure it out if they try hard enough. Like one of those vending machine shops in Japan, have you heard about it? People sussed it out in like a month.”
"Remember, I'd consider killing you if she asked me to with proper reasoning. I'm finishing up her errand now, and I'll be back after I grab some food. As for the idea, I don't think it would be. If you market it as kind of an 'emergency' shop, where they can get undershirts, underwear, socks, things like that in a pinch, it could work out. Have a small variety of items, like phone chargers and such. An upgraded convenience store, just without any snacks or drinks. It wouldn't seem suspicious, and it wouldn't be too hard to see why it would stay in business. It's things people don't think about until they need them, then there it is."

“You have a point. Part of me wants to ditch this project, but I am not known as a person who gives up like that. I guess I just don’t want the front to be some piece of crap jewellery if it does end up as an accessories store. I like quality, I make sure all the businesses at least look classy and give off a more posher vibe. Dumplings are definitely not my thing, obviously. If you wouldn’t have ran away like that, we could have continued the initial conversation about this store.”
"I got a phone call from Apple! She still only thinks I'm being a liason for business, not actually working for you. She knows I jump when she says, and I have to keep that up. As for quality, then don't go for accessories. You want to spend as little as possible on inventory. You could even attempt clothing, if you want. Sticking with just basic t-shirts and the like. Enough to get customers, but it would also weed out younger customers a bit since it'd be boring."

“I am not sure. I need something with a steady revenue, something that will be busy.. something that won’t suspiciously empty, but also won’t look blooming out from the get go. I would love to keep tweens away or limit them coming inside. Wives though, I can work with that. How do we feel about a salon? Something like this?”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"A salon still requires health inspections and qualifications. It would also be a bit of an awkward front if more than the occasional man walks in. Unfortunately, the best front would be to take the risk of teenagers coming inside, just to make it all the more normal seeming. This is all my take, of course. Just how I would do it, since it would be a better cover in my opinion. Much less suspicious, as it's simply a shop that's capitalizing on trends that's cheap to supply and broadly appealing. Also, salons are known for loose lips. They're good for information gathering sometimes."

“I’ve been working on it. The dumpling shop simply isn’t working. I don’t want it to be a food business, too many complications. Health and safety, food hygiene. I don’t have time to deal with that side.. it’ll be a whole new front. Agreed?”
"Clothing shop. Perhaps a hair accessory store? Those are always popular, and they don't require much space, nor do they require inspections. It can generate two streams of revenue, with men coming in to find hair bows for their daughters or girlfriends. Or any sort of shop like that...Photo card decorating is apparently popular, too."

"I warned you it was a nightmare, though the location is pretty nice. It could be fixed up. Give it an actual front."
