Hey guys!
Even if maybe some of you are already familiar with this drink, I’ve discovered it a few days ago so I wanted to share it with you!
This drink comes from Peru and is called the “Pisco” . In a few words, this brandy is made of grape and in Quechua language means “a small bird”. Therefore, this drink have a fruity aroma and is very sweet. It also has a high alcohol content that can reach 45 degrees!  Nice , isn’t it? It can be used in different meals but also in cocktails, like in the Pisco Sour, in the Chilcano or the Capitan.  Never tried, should we?

The fourth piece in the “Tokyo at Night” series of watercolors paintings. This time I used one of the photos we took with Kana on a little location hunting session near Kagurazaka in Tokyo. I especially liked the vegetable shop on the left with it’s bright lights, selling food despite the late hour and the traditional Japanese sentō - public bath on the right (it’s the building with the tiled roof).
Technical stuff:
Paper: HOLBEIN Waterford natural 300g/m cotton paper
Sketch: Mitsu-bishi Hi-Uni pencil grade B
Line: COPIC Multiliner SP 0.5mm
Colours: my main 48 colour Schmincke set
White details: Dr. Ph. Martin’s BLEED PROOF WHITE
久しぶりに描いた「東京夜行」シリーズの4枚目です! 神楽坂のあたりを夜にカナとロケハンした時、遅くまで営業している八百屋さんと右側の銭湯が印象的だったので写真を撮っていました。

Torino, Italy
Turin is a city in Northen Italy which is also an important business center. It has a rich culture and history (we have been to the historical center , even more beautiful at night) , is known for its numerous art galleries, restaurants and churches. It is well known for its beautiful architecture (frim Renaissance to Art Nouveau) , palaces and chocolate firms . Local cuisine features the best pizzas and pasta. Do not forget to try the gelato which is absolutely worthy!
Its a very nice city with a cosy atmosphere, the spirit is so homelike.

- Founded by Tsar Peter the Great in 1703, this city was the capital of the Russian Empire for more than two hundred years. Between 1914 and 1924 the city remained under the name of Petrograd and between 1924–91 itwas called Leningrad. It is also a major historical and cultural centre and an important port.
- Apart the 300 museums and 600 bridges that the city owns, today it became the  “coffee capital of Russia”,because there are a lot of coffee shops everywhere with you huge variety of coffee blends. Coffee Room is very popular place among citizens and now has a chain of 7 lovely cafes around the city. Also food is tasty (but do not expect to lose weight ) and you can eat crepes at “Teremok” or try the traditional “Pishki” (sort of donuts).
- There are also nowadays nearly 300 bars, pubs and night clubs (can’t say so much about clubs since I went here to come to visit my family) and Saint Petersburg overtakes even Moscow in the status of gastronomic capital of Russia.
- Hermitage (the “Winter palace of Tsar Peter”) is the second world largest and also oldest museum in the world. The collection of the State Hermitage includes over 3 million works of art and world culture artefacts.
Anyway, it is a very big and fast-moving city, and there is a lot of places to visit and where to eat if you ‘d want to come here one day!
