SCP-4244
Link here
On the reread, we weren't really sure how we felt about this one. I genuinely think the concept is neat, and it raises a lot of fun questions. Such as are the real musicians, actually the real ones what if they are just incredibly hard to detect fakes. The idea of blacking out and coming back to blood on your hands and in your mouth and having no idea what you did to get here. It's fun. Violence and music are perfect pair. There is also an episode of the magnus archives that follows a similar theme. I think it might just be how it's executed. The concept is neat, but the way it's written, it's not one I would bother coming back to personally. It's not bad, just not my vibe.

This is another one that I don't have much to say about. I think it's neat and funny. Just a new rubber, noclipping, step dad with no known origins. Gifted straight from bethesda. He's just a funny little guy.

I'm sure people who like dogs would like this one but I just think it's boring. I really don't have anything else to say. I wish I did, but I just don't care about this scp.

Gonna be honest with you, this one isn't great, I like it well enough to give it blue, but it's not the best. Not one I'd recommend to people just starting off. The concept is neat, and I get what they were trying to get at. Being that being contained, being a striped of your name, and being locked away from your friends and family is awful. The foundation really ruined something good here and won't admit it. There really is no reason why they can't see each other when they are practically human inside containment, and far more dangerous scps have been allowed more freedom than these guys. I like the idea. It's just a poor execution of said idea.

SCP-3121

Some of the comments say that the aggressive behavior of Currie is too straightforward and obvious. People, in places of power, are just like that, and they get away with it because they are in places of power, and people below them are afraid to confront them. Cruel people are everywhere, even in the foundation. People can be really skilled at hiding their true colors until they think they can get away with it without consequence. And the longer they get away with it, the worse their behavior is going to become this scp is just the end of a long history of cruelty. Also, this was the authors first time writing this kind of thing, and while it's not subtle, that doesn't mean it's bad. The foundation is a collaborative creation that has some decent standards, and that's good. Look at the Creepypasta fandom. I love creepypasta. So much of it is bad. Having some standards for the website is okay. Sometimes, though, I think they treat it like they're writing actual essays and forget they are writing effectively a collaborative fanfic. Also, you don't have to like everything you read. You can acknowledge something is written well even if it isn't your cup of tea. Lavender tea isn't bad because you don't like lavender tea.
This is a lot that isn't relevant to the actual scp I'm just passionate about writing for fun and encouraging new writers instead of tearing them down because it's doesn't fit your specific tastes and standards.
I like this scp, I think the creatures are cute, and I love how in love they are. Just a cute, lonely couple living their life, I hope they're able to have kids and grow a new family together. Maybe set up a small search to look for others so they can rebuild together. That would be nice. :) I hope this writer made more scps after this one.
Oh! Also, the formatting of updates to tell a story is very fun. I love it when people use the medium to help tell the story. Changing small things to how the entire page looks is always very cool.

I forgot about this one, forgot about how it hurts. It's a beautiful page. It touches on the failings of the foundation. It presents you a sense of profound loss. It introduces you into an entirely strange new world. Why do the candles collect humans, keep them alive and asleep, and feed them. What do they need them for, or do they just like collecting? Where are they, how did they manage to bridge the gap between there and here. Why are there so many other anomalous creatures hiding amongst humans using these buses as well. All of which seem to know what's going on and have the accepted currency. The dread upon reading that if it doesn't get humans, it will grow, the dread of realizing it might have the capacity to grow to encompass the entire planet. This is an excellent page, and I'd kiss the author on the lips.

SCP-2618

This one is fun just here have a weird device and some lady who will not explain it. It does a dozen weird things, none of it makes sense, don't know what half the buttons do, the D class either won't share what they learn with you or they die, the lady who brought it dropped dead and left a incomprehensible note. Understand nothing but have fun. I definitely recommend this one if you are interested in a ???? sorta laugh. Though it does touch on, sometimes the foundation forgets that people need stimulation. Even prisons have like activities for the prisoners to do. Especially as someone who is mentally ill, just give me a book or a figit toy anything treat people with just like a little kindness. Not that that is literary a bad thing that's what a lot of the foundation is about is you can't forget compassion in your pursuit of knowledge.

SCP-1987

This one and the following few scps we rated over a year ago and before a few realizations. We won't be changing it's original rating because when we first read it we genuinely thought it was the coolest thing. It is still very cool we'd just likely change it from purple to green. The comments on this one say it's too long but we generally like the longer ones that give us more to work with. The shorter scps can be good but can sometimes give so little that there is nothing to work with.
Also, this one isn't really meant to focus on the mystery I feel like? Personally, I just love that it expands the world for me. Situations where the foundation has to go against what it does best always intrigues me. The ones where talking with the SCP is possible, and an agreement can come between them. The fact that this one touches on how humans will bond with anything and anyone. Several towns were doing regular trading with dead people, and none of them cared. They took their weird coins and gave em what they asked for. Maybe it is still a purple to us. I like this SCP, it's good and it's fun. 10/10 Would recommend.

SCP-1950

I really like this one! The comments mention it being similar to another SCP since they are both time loops but this one is fun because it’s a growing time loop! Which is a horrifying concept!
The father was likely working on something in the basement to have caused both the explosion and the time loop but exactly what is impossible to tell since it exists well the growing part of the loop. Why he was working on something that could do such a thing or how he could have created it is a mystery that will likely forever remain unsolved.
I do agree with some of the comments on this one that it would be made better if it included all other living objects within the parameter of the time loop. It is a growing time loop they had to have lost people to the time loop when attempting to study it and when they first discovered it. I think a chart of things and people from 1950s onward that had the misfortune of trying to visit the family, neighbors, debt collectors, friends, family, a few foundation personnel. I think I like this one so much because of the 15 I have read and written down so far this is the first one that inspires me to write for SCPs I want to create the chart of people who have gotten locked into the loop and I love that.

SCP-799

Fundamentally I get this one isn’t the most fascinating if you think of it just as an invisible statue but the interest comes from wondering what could have caused this creation. Possibly holding a satchel and staff or sword that were lost and she likely wasn’t nude when she was turned into the invisible statue but like the item she held and the satchel they are simply lost, no more. What was the last thing she saw, how long had she been running for, are there more victims of whatever did this to her.
It gets you thinking and does it well giving you enough little bits to question and ponder.

This one is fun
Fun is a weird word to use huh adkfjd
SCPs that have consequences to failing containment that aren’t just death are fun I like em the “Every time you fuck up it gets harder to contain” is a fun concept like the kind of silly duplicating cake SCP.
Also just the describing how it replicates is very gross which is also fun would be disgusting to watch but the little worms in my brain go “wanna watch it happen anyway.”
And since they are described as baseball sized if I didn’t know it was a bad idea I would just wanna hit it with a baseball bat.

SCP-450
Link here
Starting off with maybe a bit of a hot take? Let’s start this off with it’s a series 1 SCP they’re old, I value them for being the groundwork for the rest of the SCP universe, there are some gems in series 1 but sometimes you just gotta admit they might be bad.
450 is short, very short, it has no flavor, it suffers from “clearly created for lore for an oc rather than for itself” much like the SCP that is Dr. Bright's necklace. Which becomes more apparent when you read one of it’s tales.
All they want is blood: I like this tale I do it is fascinating there is a lot to it and is far more interesting than the SCP itself but reading this it really did begin to feel like the SCP was created to further Dr Clef’s story more than anything else.
In dread forever fled: The second tale is also better than the SCP itself but I’d probably put it under ‘All they want is blood’ wanting freedom is admirable and having them try to escape to see the sun is fun it’s tragic.
Both of the tales are what make the SCP worth reading, 450 is not an SCP I would recommend to new readers for that reason because it is a lot of reading for not a fantastic experience. It’s like you gave me a single unseasoned, unbreaded chicken nugget as a main course with mac n cheese and mash potatoes as sides.
I’m sure Dr. Clef has written newer/better SCPs and I can’t wait to read them but this one just kinda sucks in my opinion.

These aren’t hard set rules but more like suggestions, but we'd like for you to read them anyway!
> Consider reading the scp before reading our opinion on it we’ll have a link to the scp at the top of every post. None of the posts are spoiler free, and we think it's best to go into things without the influence of other people's opinions. Also, you might like things we don't, and we don't want our posts to discourage you.
> Don’t take our opinions as fact we're just one collective who likes and dislikes things that will most likely be different than your likes and dislikes. We don't have any degree in literature. We've basically only written transfromers fanfiction. This is for fun.
> If you saw us rate an scp and wanna talk about it feel free to shoot us an ask we'd love to see what other people might think about an scp or if they have theories or headcanons about the scp including one's we aren't a fan of maybe you see something we don't!

Helpful stuff (wip)
> Will eventually make a masterlist of scps we've rated
> Will eventually make a page for things we've been keeping track of (sites and task forces since a lot are only used once and don’t make it onto most lists since they aren’t like developed what they do or hold)
