BEST ONLINE TUTORING FOR KIDS: A DEFINITE GUIDE
Teachers, tutors, and parents of school-aged kids are no strangers to tuition and the growing hype around its newest form: online tutoring. But what are the benefits of online tutoring for kids, and how does it work? As the competition for places at leading schools and universities intensifies, the number of parents supplementing their children’s education with tutoring grows every year.

A boy wearing headphones sitting in front of the computer
So, is online tutoring for kids the best way to improve performance at school? Whether you want to know where to book online elementary tutoring or you want to know what’s in it for your child, here’s what you need to know about the advantages of online tutoring for kids.
WHAT IS ONLINE TUTORING?
Online tutoring can take many forms, but the basic premise remains: a skilled instructor uses their knowledge on a subject to provide guidance to a student. Some services use pre-recorded lessons, but research has shown that these are less effective than the live, interactive, personal lessons – customized to each student’s needs – offered by most online tutoring services.
Live tutoring websites offer face-to-face tutoring via video chat, with some lessons occurring onsite and some using integrated apps like Skype. These online tutoring lessons are customized to each student’s learning style, learning goals, and specific challenges, and have become popular as an affordable and convenient alternative to tutoring centers.
HOW DOES ONLINE TUTORING WORK?
On sites like Eurekly, you can browse tutors by subject, watch tutor introduction videos and book a free trial lesson to see if the tutor is a good match for your child. Once you find the right tutor, you need only pay securely via balance top-up, book lesson times and enter the virtual classroom on-site to connect with your tutor via video chat at the time you’ve booked.

FIVE KEY BENEFITS OF ONLINE TUTORING FOR KIDS
From improving academic performance to boosting confidence inside and outside the classroom, online tutoring has many benefits for children.
1. IMPROVE ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE
Online tutoring is the single most effective way to help your child get better marks at school. Studies have shown that the combination of personalized support and targeted development of understandings that online tutoring programs for kids offer can strongly improve school performance.
2. AFFORDABLE ALTERNATIVE TO TUTORING CENTERS
Online tutoring is, on average, 30-40% cheaper than tutoring center lessons or home visits. An average home visit math tutoring lesson costs between $60 and $90 per hour, while an hour-long lesson with an online math tutor for kids costs between $40 and $70.
3. SAVE TIME
Online tutoring means you never have to drive to or from your lessons. If the average commute for school or study is 30 minutes – especially at those peak after-school times – you’ll save an hour for every lesson. Cup of tea, anyone?
4. BOOST CONFIDENCE AT SCHOOL
Struggling at school can cause students to lose confidence, which in turn affects their performance and personal relationships. Having a tutor help them keep on top of the curriculum means less stress and greater confidence at school for your child. Online tutoring for middle school students, who experience significant stress from both exams and the social pressures of adolescence, is particularly helpful in boosting confidence.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO START LEARNING PROGRAMMING
Tumblr media
Step 1:
DEFINE YOUR GOALS: WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING TO LEARN ABOUT PROGRAMMING?
It is important to establish your goals and the skill sets that you want to master before you begin coding. Why do you want to learn to program? Do you want to get exposure, gain data analytics knowledge, learn, or prepare for university?
Step 2.
THIS SECTION IS CRITICAL AND WILL BE EXPLAINED AND EXPANDED UPON BELOW.
There are so many programming languages available. How do you choose the right one to start with? I would recommend choosing the programming language that best suits your goals. What are you trying to accomplish by learning to program? Based on these goals, I’ve compiled a list below of languages you can learn.
This disclaimer is required before I discuss these programming languages.
It’s not that one language is better than another.
Yes, developers should learn more than one language.
The main idea behind my argument is that you should first learn one language.
These are the top five most commonly used languages according to a survey done by stack overflow in 2019.
Note: Programming for kids available on Scholar Bees | India’s Best Online tutors Platform
You could start with any one of the five languages listed above. The recommendations below are my opinion.
Python is the best programming language to learn if you are looking for Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or simply for fun.
Python is an easy-to-use, powerful, and versatile language that I highly recommend.
You can create web applications, data analytics, machine learning models, financial models and even games.
Each language has its pros and cons. You can still learn a new language by simply switching between them.
There are many excellent libraries in Python. Libraries are codes created by others to accomplish a specific function. You don’t have to program many abstract functions, as they are easily found online.
Step 3:
CREATE A PROJECT THAT PUTS WHAT YOU’VE LEARNED INTO PRACTICE
You cannot absorb the concept by just watching videos. It is important to actually put the concepts into practice. You can do this by coming up with projects.
You can have a great idea for a project or a problem that you’d like to solve using coding.
If you don’t have a list of beginner-friendly projects, I have created one.

DATA ANALYTICS FOR BEGINNERS GUIDES
WHAT IS DATA ANALYTICS?
Data analytics can be described as the process of analyzing large amounts of data to create useful and meaningful data. Even the simplest definition of data analytics sounds complicated. You will eventually see the big picture if you continue reading.
Tumblr media
Let’s have a little fun with this topic by thinking of data analytics as a puzzle. You will first need to collect all the pieces. The pieces in this example are information chunks. It is hard for someone to understand the final result after he has gathered all the pieces. In the same way that you cannot predict the outcome of a puzzle, ordinary people without high-tech skills can’t understand the initial pile of information.
You now need to put all the pieces together, and then make sense of it. Data analytics serves the same purpose. It filters out information, cleans it, and then puts it all together to give a human being a complete meaning.
Data analytics can be used to transform data from raw data into useful data.
Data analytics for beginners available on Scholar Bees | India’s Best Online tutors Platform
WHAT IS A DATA ANALYST?
Simply put, a Data Analyst is the person responsible for all of the above. Let’s get into it a bit more.
Data analysts are responsible for the collection, processing, and analysis of large amounts of data. Each business, large or small, has some data. These data can be of any type, including customer feedback and the results of marketing research.
Data analysts collect all this information and figure out ways to make it more appealing. This ensures a better customer experience. Data analysts do everything, from data modeling to data handling and reporting.
We have now covered the basics, such as the definition of a data analyst. Let’s move on to the fun stuff.
Start learning about the above-mentioned topics if you’re a data analyst. These will be a great help. Data analyst positions can be difficult to find. We hope this article has provided enough information about data analytics to help you make an informed decision.

EXCEL BEGINNER’S GUIDE: INTRODUCTION TO EXCEL
Excel is now a must-have for every office. Excel is a necessity in every office. We have all love it since the first version. For the same reasons, almost everyone (engineers and managers, doctors, mathematicians and accountants, and the list go on and on) should be familiar with Excel.
Tumblr media
Excel’s interface is not as intuitive as Word or Powerpoint, and this makes it difficult to use. Excel’s interface is complicated because it has cells. These intimidating creatures called formula and charts, as well as the endless bottom, are too difficult to understand.
This hesitation will end when you have a solid grasp of Excel’s functionality and basic knowledge. Excel can be overwhelming for people who tend to see everything it has.
Join our Online Excel Courses on Scholar Bees | India’s Best Online tutors Platform
FOR ME EXCEL HELPS YOU DO THREE MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Record: Keeping all records, data, or information in one “box” (technically known as a cell). Each cell can be a place to store your data, as there are thousands of them. Data can come in many forms, including text, numbers, symbols, or a combination of both. Excel is all about understanding the purpose of each cell and how they are organized. This will help you achieve amazing results.
Compute: If you don’t have the ability to use the data or information to compute, deduce, analyze or compute certain aspects, what is the point of having it? One of the most basic examples is performing mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, and division. As humans, we are capable of performing computations using information stored in our memories. If you need to add up the prices of two products, you can do it quickly and with very little brain activity. What if you need to calculate how inflation affects household products’ prices? You may not agree with me, but I know that my brain cells are unable to handle this much stress. I will use Excel. Excel’s built-in tools, especially formulas, come in great use here.
Summarize: Decision-makers don’t have the time or nerves necessary to memorize records, then compute and make decisions. Managers and decision-makers won’t be able to digest information if we just record and calculate. The information must be presented in a way that facilitates decision-making. Excel’s conditional formatting, tables, and pivot tables help to create reports. These reports can be either simple comparison charts or amazing dashboard reports.

TALLY VAULT IN THE TALLY ERP 9 ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
Without a structure, an organization will fail. Understanding the corporate structure is essential to running a successful business. The corporate structure is the combination of all divisions and attributes that are considered when forming departments within an organization.
Tumblr media
Each department, such as Sales, Marketing and Finance, IT, and Operation, is important to an organization. Each department has its own goals that help in achieving the vision and mission. Many software solutions offer an identity assurance feature to help protect the company’s records. There are many software options available, but Tally is the best. However, there is no recommendation to use third-party software to do the following:
Encryption
Password Protection
Irrelevant records and traces
Tally users find it easy to set the password protection and protect their companies from being required to admit. Tally Vault is the only third-party required to set up the Tally business security password. Tally Vault Password, which is one of the records defense operations, is not required.

WHAT IS TALLY VAULT? WHAT IS TALLY VAULT IN TALLY ERP 9 ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE?
Tally ERP 9 encryption accounting software is used to secure confidential company files. Tally Vault is the name of ERP 9. It has many features that can be used by small and large businesses. EPR 9 was the most recent version of the software, released in 2006. To ensure minimal errors such as double entries, it records all business transactions. It can be customized in Tally to provide a solution for different types of businesses. The main features of Tally Vault are:
Secure Connectivity: This is achieved through licensing the product and software services.
Protected Transmission: Data is exchanged between Tally ERP 9 and Tally Tally. The transfer is secured by Tally Vault. The net server is compressed with an intensified version before transmission. This is called the Triple Data Encryption Algorithm. It occurs before the transfer process begins.
The message digests feature is used to detect corruption in data and any adjustments in the process for transferring data.
An administrator may give an informative user the right to verify the accuracy of entries. Approved users can then make any necessary adjustments. All listings that are audited together with any alterations are displayed at the request of the users.
Software is being developed by many organizations to maximize employee talent. This will allow employees to be assigned to projects that match their knowledge and expertise. Matrix structure is preferred by established organizations when they enter new areas. The tally structure is preferred for high-end brands that require a lot more skill and talent.
It is a reason that firms can get all their supplies in one place rather than spending time looking at multiple transmitters to find the applicable services.

How to choose the best stream in engineering, commerce & social science ?
How to choose the best stream in engineering, commerce & social science?
While trying to answer which stream to go for after 10th class, one first needs to understand that there is no SINGLE answer to this question. Glorification of one stream over another is nothing but an oversimplification. Just because computer science graduates get the highest opening salary compared to other fields doesn’t mean that all the students should be pushed to go for science and become software engineers.
Get Solution at Scholar Bees India’s Best Online Tutors
The constant pressure on a student to take up commerce because the father is a chartered accountant or take up arts just because the mother is an English professor is detrimental for holistic growth. The first step is to understand that no other person should impose his/her worldviews, interests, and ideas on a student. At best, we can share our experiences, and knowledge and help them in the decision-making process.
Career growth opportunities in Commerce
Similarly with commerce also, you could do a wide range of things. If your interest lies in numbers, trade, managing accounts, economic policies then it is better if you opt for commerce. With commerce, you could go for many high profile career options like Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, anything related to stock trading, financial management, Business administration, etc.
You could also appear for a range of government examinations and have a stable career with a government job like Bank PO. For CA you need to appear for an entrance exam called CPT and for Bank PO also you have to write an exam. You can also check out our blog on how to ace competitive exams.
You could also become a science tutor, either with a school or an independent tutor. You can register yourself as a tutor with Scholarbees India’s Best Online Tutors

MBA OR DIGITAL MARKETING, WHICH IS THE BETTER CHOICE FOR YOUR CAREER?
WHAT IS THE BETTER CHOICE FOR YOUR CAREER? MBA OR DIGITAL MARKETING
Fast forward 10 years while the MBA is still considered a worthy degree for expediting your career trajectory, a lot of people prefer going for learning practical skills which are in high demand.
Tumblr media
In the past decade, many new career options (especially in the digital space) and industries have come up. The exponential growth of such verticals has increased the demand for relevant skills also exponentially.
This is true for digital marketing as well. In the past few years, digital marketing has grown to be an independent sector generating employment. Digital marketing has grown so much that even it has become a superset of many specialisations like Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads etc.
It has grown so much that many marketing graduates are confused about whether they should go for an MBA or they should do a good course in digital marketing.
Here, we would discuss Digital Marketing, MBA and what is the better career choice for you at the moment.
DIGITAL MARKETING
Digital Marketing is basically marketing using digital channels. It requires much lesser logistics, cost and resources compared to offline marketing.
The advent of Social Media has made digital marketing all the more accessible, and affordable.
Digital Marketing allows you to segment and target your audience in a more refined and effective way.
It is increased the return on investment for marketing.
A CAREER IN DIGITAL MARKETING
When I was appearing for JEE, I wanted to become a scientist. During those days digital marketing was not even a career option.
After 10 years, I am in the field of digital marketing as a blogger, marketer, designer and social media manager.
Digital marketing is an excellent career option. Being an engineer from IIT, I love the kind of flexibility it provides me and allows me to be creative.
Digital marketing is all about skills and creativity and you get paid accordingly. Even if you do not have a high profile degree but you have the skills, intuition and creativity then you can make really good money.
Digital marketing has lots of components like blogging, content marketing, graphic designing, infographics, video making, Search Engine Optimization, Ads, Social Media etc. So one can find something that they like and excel at while delivering quality services and making good money.
It allows you to work independently without having to work full time and start your business also without much entry barrier.

WHY MBA IS A DESIRABLE DEGREE?
Now that we have discussed Digital marketing let’s know more about one of the most desirable and saleable degrees in India and across the world.
After the liberalisation, privatisation and globalisation happened in India during 1991, thousands of MNCs came to India. And many Indian private sector companies grew exponentially.
This increased the demand for skilled people in management roles who could run the show, increase the sales, marketing, improve productivity, bring more clients, reduce the cost, manage finance and a lot more.
This is how the trend of hiring employees who have been trained in management through an MBA degree started.
That’s why millions of professionals every year opt for MBA to give their career that extra push which they need to excel in a managerial role.
MBA is a two-year degree program which academic, and practical knowledge to the students for excelling in management.
MBA VS DIGITAL MARKETING AS CAREER OPTIONS
Marketing and finance are the most popular specialization in marketing. Graduates who have done their undergrad marketing often find themselves confused about whether they should rather do a course in digital marketing or do an MBA.
In fact, even some of my friends who are not happy with their corporate career often wonder whether they should go for MBA or instead learn a more practical skill like digital marketing.
Well, there is no right answer to this. But I would like to tell you few things which can help you make the right decision.
If you’re looking for acquiring the knowledge, skills and understanding that helps a business reach the desired audience,
If you’re looking for a career option that involves working on creative projects, doing creative work, with creative people.
If you do not have the time to prepare or if you think you can’t get into the best MBA colleges, If you want to be able to start your own business after working for a few years,
Then you should go for digital marketing. It would allow you to work at your own comfort, at your pace, you can start up your own firm with the clients you already have. You can use your skills to build your business and client base.
You can live a peaceful life with creative juices flowing all the time without a typical corporate culture that doesn’t let you sleep peacefully.
And
If you think you like being in roles where you have to get the inputs and take decisions,
If you like to be in a leading role, where you do not have to execute but have the right people for doing something,
If you want to see yourself in the top management of a big company, running the show,
If you like the corporate setup, working with clients, teams, making strategies to improve the quality of the product, decrease cost, increase customer satisfaction etc.
If you think you can afford to spend millions and 2 years to achieve all this
Then you should go for an MBA.
LEARN DIGITAL MARKETING ON SCHOLARBEES
I personally feel digital marketing is a skill that every professional should learn. At least the basics. Even if you start your own firm, in the beginning, you need to do the marketing on your own.
Even if you’re not a Digital marketer learn the basics of digital marketing because the future belongs to the multidisciplined mind. Those who know how to hack digital marketing are more likely to succeed in their endeavours.
And if you’re a marketing professional or student then you should make it a point that you learn digital marketing from industry experts.

HOW TO BECOME AN EXPERT AT ANYTHING?
We often ask ourselves “What does it take to become an expert at something”? Whether it’s art, music, science, programming, or any field on the face of this earth. The answer is mostly – “it depends on several factors”.
Tumblr media
The amount of practice needed to gain expertise has been considered more subjective than objective. In 2008 however, Malcolm Gladwell published his bestselling book “Outliers”, where he popularized the idea that it takes 10,000 hours of practice to reach greatness. In other words, if you practice a skill for 2 hours a day, it will take you about 14 years to reach your goal. If you exclude weekends and holidays, the tenure will stretch up to 20 years.
Gladwell cites several examples in his book to prove his idea. He explains how Beatles performed on-stage almost every day for a total of 1200 performances, each lasting approx. 8 hours. He gives another example of Bill Gates and how he got exposure to computers at an early age during his school years in Seattle. This was back in 1968 when computers were a rarity. Once Bill started, he never stopped programming. Before he founded Microsoft, he had been practicing programming for seven consecutive years for approx 30 hours a week. This sums up to way past 10 thousand hours.
Gladwell’s idea became extremely popular for many reasons. For one, he put a number on something that was considered immeasurable. Secondly, he showed a path to become the maestro at almost anything. But soon people started to realize that 10K hours is almost unreal. Honestly, it’s a lifetime! But if you think again, what Gladwell is talking about is to reach absolute greatness. It’s about becoming the best that mankind has ever seen. It’s about becoming a Beatles-like best.
Get Solution at Scholar Bees and find India’s best Online tutors
This is certainly an extreme end of the spectrum. The other end of the spectrum is where mere mortals like us stand. The question is – can we become an expert that would land us in the top 10% of the competition in almost any field?
What does it take to become an expert at anything?
man in black and white crew-neck t-shirt sitting on black wheelchair
1500 hours. Yes, that’s it! It takes 1500 hours to become an expert to the level that would land you at the top of the competition. Anything beyond that would be a bonus. Let’s break it down to understand it better.
Let’s assume you are a working professional and you plan to up-skill on a topic, for example, Java. To keep a less aggressive target, let’s say you plan to study 6 days a week excluding holidays & Sundays. That will give you about 300 days a year. If you spend 2.5 hours a day, it will take you slightly more than 2 years to complete the 1500 hours landmark. At the end of it, you will have the expertise that can get you a high-paying job in the top software companies. Alternatively, if you spend 5 hours a day, you will be able to achieve the expertise in just one year. Let’s be clear that we are talking about focused, goal-oriented, and dedicated practice hours. It may sound astounding, but if you think of it the other way, this isn’t a bad deal at all. You slog once and change your life forever!
Let’s take another example. Let’s say you are an undergraduate and you are aspiring to be a scientist in quantum physics. This is a highly complex field of study. Only the best can survive and thrive in this field. If you start at the beginning of your undergraduate program and set aside 1.5 hours every day for 300 days a year, by the time you come out of college, you would have slogged for about 1800 hours. This will put you in a position to get a seat in the top universities of the world.
Similarly, if you aspire to get into IITs, you decide to put in a dedicated effort of just 2.5 hours a day, you will be able to cover 1500 hours in 2 years of your senior secondary years. At the end of it, you will be a top contender in a highly coveted exam. You might think that 2.5 hours a day is quite low for (one of the) toughest exams in the world but actually it’s not. Despite all the hype and halla,2.5 hours of hard work a day is all it takes to achieve your dream.
1500 hours to completely change your life doesn’t sound like a lot. But what does it mean though? It means consistency. It means zeal. It means grit to get what you want. It requires a realistic plan and flawless execution with absolute focus and dedication. You gotta get up and practice every day whether it rains or shines. You have to avoid any hindrance that may come your way. The effort has to be high quality. Just counting hours wouldn’t help.
You can be whatever you want to be, as long as you dedicate 1500 hours of your life to it. But before you start your journey from novice to expert, you must plan carefully. Here are some pointers that will help:
>>Decide your goal. Figure out what you want to be or what you want to get. The goal must be clear and specific. Be realistic and practical about it. Whatever you decide, it will have a lasting effect so choose wisely.
>>Make a routine that you are most likely to be able to follow. Consider your personal and professional commitments and then decide what will work for you. Do not try to over-commit because you will wear out soon.
>>Do not copy others because it just doesn’t work. Be original and be yourself. You can be inspired by others but do not try to be them.
>>Identify the right resources. Find out what you need to maximize your learning. For example, which books you want to read. Read the reviews, consult people, read the forums to find out what are the best options available, and choose the one that is best. This will ensure that you get the most from your efforts.
>>Get help. Whether it’s a coach, a tutor or a mentor. They will guide you in the right direction and avoid waste. Find the one that’s available and approachable.
>>Avoid distractions. It will take some practice but you will start to get better at it. For example, stay away from the internet and phone while studying.  Despite your best efforts, you might still slip from your daily target but make sure to catch up soon enough.
A dream means nothing if you don’t take the right step to achieve it. Be fearless and start today to go from a zero to a hero.

WHAT IS SCIENCE ?
Science is a method to gather knowledge. It actually is a method that we all use, in our daily life. We notice something, we think if this is happening then some other thing must also happen. Then we check if that other thing is happening or not.
Tumblr media
For example, you notice that a new car is in the parking space of your office. You thought, if there is a new car outside, there must be someone new inside. Then you check if someone new is inside, by asking the receptionist.
You just did science. Again, Science is a method of gathering information by observing, reasoning and experimentation. You observed a new car outside. You reasoned that there must be someone new inside. You performed an experiment by checking with the receptionist.
Everything we know in Science is gathered using these techniques, but we have to do it again and again.
For example, what if receptionist says no, there was no new person inside. That result of the experiment becomes your new observation. So, you further reason someone must have bought a new car. You again perform an experiment by asking the receptionist. She says she doesn’t know.

So, the experiment didn’t yield any observation ( other than the receptionist does not know, which you take note of for the future, right now we are on different reasoning). And you decide to do another experiment by checking if all the old cars are present. You do and you don’t see your friend Rakesh’s car. So, that verifies your reasoning, someone has bought a new car.
But there is a new observation. Rakesh’s car is not found. You reason Rakesh must have bought a new car. You perform an experiment by asking him. He says yes, and gives you some sweets. Now, you can turn your attention to the observation: The receptionist didn’t know.

HOW MANY HOURS SHOULD I STUDY TO MAKE SURE I WONT FORGET?
The human brain is designed to notice things that happen again and again. So, you repeatedly revise the concepts. And the length between two revisions should be increased every time. Try the following technique.
Tumblr media
1) Read whatever you wish to learn. Don’t force yourself to understand. Read it, and just look for the things you already know. Just completely read it.
2) After one hour read the same material again. You may use a little more effort. Don’t worry, if you don’t understand things on the first attempt. That just means, the concepts are entirely new.
3)Read again, the next day, this time you try to make questions. Clearly trying to make note of what you didn’t understand.
4)Ask someone about the things you didn’t get. It could be a friend. Teacher or parent. Or it could be google.
Ask until you clear all your doubts.
5)Share whatever you understood. Very important.6) come back read again next week.
BY THE WAY, THE BEST METHOD TO LEARN IS TO TEACH IT

HOW TO MAKE THE ONLINE METHOD OF TEACHING MORE INTERACTIVE FOR STUDENTS?
How do you think you can make the online method of teaching more interactive for students?
Tumblr media
Online or any mode of Teaching needs the Teachers to be clear with concepts and must have the passion to teach with an understanding of proper case studies so that they can convey smoothly to their students with live examples to help students to grasp knowledge with ease.
We should make students curious so that they open up for questions.
The longer my student is comfortable with me asking more questions the session will be much beneficial for the student and the teacher as well.
The coach should be ready to understand the needs and queries of the student and make the student comfortable in asking questions.

HOW SHOULD I PLAN MY STUDIES TO BE A DOCTOR FOR NOW AND FOR THE FUTURE?
Hello dear student, As a paramedic, I can suggest you rely on your NCERT books absolutely and keep forming questions with each sentence in your textbook.
Tumblr media
Class 9 and 10 are primary grades that will prepare you for your further studies.
Make sure you choose Science(Medical) i.e., PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) as your majors in class 11.
And finally, you’ll be applying for the NEET and AIIMS examinations after your 12th board. The registration forms for these exams are usually available in the month of December-January each year and the exams are held in May-June.

Keep your concepts clear in physics and chemistry and try to understand the subjects rather than mugging up things. Keep practicing numerals with each chapter.
For biology, learn with diagrams and flow charts and write the answers in your own words. You’ll find that each terminology is interrelated in some of the other senses. Biology is easy if you make your study sessions fun. I loved studying physiology (working of the organs in the body) and I still do. It’s simply amazing to know how this multi-functional body with human superpowers has evolved from mere mineral matters. And same interest can be applied to botany (plants study).
You can also go in for coaching at institutes that have evening foundation batches. That can help you devote your time wisely.
Do not burden yourself. Take it easy. NEET is no big deal if you have the right guidance.
Keep making your own notes. It makes it easier to revise. Use sticky notes if you wish to highlight some important points.
Trust me, you can finish revising a lesson in just 10-15 minutes and with minimal effort.
Happy Learning!!

WHAT IS BANNER AD IN DIGITAL MARKETING?
What is Banner Advertising?
Banner advertising is used by companies to push brand awareness around their products or services, typically on a website or a mobile app. So usually a banner can be at the top of the side of a website or an app. And typically, it’s to the side of the main content and the purpose of that page or app that the user is using at the time.
Tumblr media
For example, imagine you’re typically on one of your favorite news websites or a sports website. Typically, obviously, the main content is in the middle, but actually, you could see an Amazon banner or Flipkart or Tata Cliq, typically on the right or at the top, which is pushing various products that perhaps you’ve searched in the past.
So the intention of the banner is around driving traffic to the company’s website. And that’s actually sometimes called click-throughs because what the user is doing is clicking on the banner and then being taken forwards to the actual company’s website.

HOW DO WE CREATE AND HEAR THE SOUND?
Sound is created by a vibrating source and needs a medium to travel. If you talk, the source of sound is your vocal cords. They vibrate when you speak. The medium through which the vibrations travel is air.
It is similar to the following situation.
Tumblr media
When you shake your hands submerged in water. The water forms waves. Similarly, when you speak, your vocal cords shake, and they create waves in the air. This shaking is also called vibrating.
The only difference is you are shaking your hands very slowly, maybe one or two times in a second.
While your vocal cords vibrate more than a hundred times in a second. A number of “shakes” or “vibrations” per second is called frequency. And it is measured in hertz. So one hertz means one vibration per second. Twenty hertz means twenty vibrations per second and twenty thousand hertz means twenty thousand vibrations per second.
The human ear can detect these vibrations if the frequency is between twenty hertz to twenty thousand hertz. And we call the detected vibrations as sound.

WHAT ARE THE AIMS OF DIGITAL MARKETING?
The First Aim of Digital Marketing
The first aim is to ensure you’re reaching out to the right people at the right time and delivering the right message.
An example of this is when you go into any social media website, such as Facebook, Linked In, or Instagram and you realize that the adverts that you see are around previously browsed products and services. Now this happens because companies will start collecting information based on what you like and dislike and start targeting that towards you so that you respond more favorably
Tumblr media
The Second Aim of Digital Marketing
The second aim of digital marketing is engaging your audience. Brands can use online campaigns to get people engaged in talking about their products.
An example of this is when Domino’s used Twitter to run their Let’s Do Lunch campaign. They decided they would reduce the price of their pizza based on the number of people

that tweeted in time for lunch. By the end of it, the price of pizza went from Rs 550 to just under Rs 260, meaning, their customers were kept happy and engaged.
Tumblr media
The Third aim of digital marketing
The third aim of digital marketing is to motivate your users to take action. What we mean by this is actually getting people to do things with your brand.
An example of this is when Nike ran their Fuel your Team campaign. They were able to take a wide range of their products and link it to their FuelBand. The FuelBand is an activity tracker which allows you to set personal goals and compete with others.

The Fourth aim of a digital marketing
The fourth aim of a digital marketing campaign is spending efficiently. Let’s think about how brands can spend less but still reach out to a great number of people.
An example of this is beaten by Dr. Dre, a headphones manufacturer who used a selfie campaign to do this. In their campaign, they used a call to action.  A call to action is a message that encourages your audience to act immediately. The call to action here was to post a video selfie on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag, solo selfie. By doing this, they were really able to create a buzz and get their fans engaged and interacting.

The final aim of DIgital Marketing
The final aim is really simple – creating a return on your investment. What we mean by this is increasing the money you make as a percentage of the money initially invested through your marketing campaign.
