Please pardon any messy typesetting, I literally haven’t worked on any comics since Recipe for Miracle Christmas, which was (checks calendar) three and a half years ago. ESSENCE 4 SIDE STORY - Step and Lime
(Owl first realized his natural talent for alchemy shortly after Tristan took him in.)
As a condition for funding his detective agency, Tristan took a disheveled Owl into the city to turn him into a proper gentleman.
He smiled as Owl donned a camel-colored coat, and the role of “detective” along with it, reminiscing about unchanging violet eyes.
This is a side story of the time when an adoptive father and son started a detective agency.
