Dragon Age Gift Exchange

Is anyone interested? If at least 20 people sign up, Santa Korth will do this thing.

What is it?

A gift exchange between fans of Dragon Age.

What kind of gifts?

Physical or digital. It’s your choice if you want to give out personal information or not.

How Long do I Have to Sign Up?

Registration will go from 11/5/2017 to 12/5/2017.

On 12/6/2017 I’ll begin to give everyone their matches.

How do you match people?

I’ll try and match you with someone who likes and dislikes the same thing(s) you do. Korth is throwing a party. He wants all his guests to have the best time possible.

When are Gifts Due?

Gifts can be sent digitally between 12/20/2017 and 12/25/2017

Physical gifts should arrive in the mail between 12/20/2017 and 1/07/2018

This is to give a buffer to people who are mailing physical gifts overseas. If you’re sending a physical gift, the sooner you can send the better.

Can I get a gift without giving one?

No. Sign up if you’re willing to give a person a gift and receive one from a “Secret Santa” user.

Almost anything.

Okay, What Isn’t Allowed?

Rape/Dubcon/non-con won’t be accepted. I know this is part of the universe but we’re doing holiday cheer. Let’s keep it cheerful.

No bestiality (sex with animals)

No child / underage pornography or sexual abuse

No incest ships (Hawke and sibling, etc.)

No race swapping (making Vivienne white, turning Zevran into a white man in an AU, etc.)

What about Kink?

Kink is too broad of a topic for me to cover all the details. Use your own discretion and this only applies to people who are over 18. Keep it all safe and between consenting adults.

I can opt out of NSFW and Kink right?

Absolutely. Gift givers and recipients can ask for friendship ships or clean fluff material.

My OTP or NOTP are Allowed but Controversial ...

The answers on your survey are 100% confidential. No one but Santa Korth will see them. They’re intended to make matches between “Santas” and “Elves” as happy and comfortable as possible. You won’t be judged if you dislike Alistair/Zevran but like Josephine/Anora. This includes controversial characters or pairings which might get hate. No explanation is necessary. Anything is possible in an AU as long as you follow the rules above.

Help a Santa Out

If you have Original Characters, Inquisitors, Wardens, or Hawkes, have a good, clear gallery of them. If you’re on console, take photos of your screen with your phone. Take big screenshots if you’re on a PC. The more you have available, the easier this will be on your Santa. I’ve done art from postage stamp sized Warden icons and had an elf whose Tumblr had almost nothing Dragon Age on it, so I had to guess. Make a Tumblr post, Google doc, or anything you can to compile information on your OCs.

I’m just a messenger trying to spread some fun through Dragon Age fandom. If this isn’t for you, block me to make me go away forever. Don’t stack up messages telling me off because there’s something here which you don’t like. They’ll be ignored and deleted.
