As for the ending movie artworks, I don't think there's a way to get them without the credits text. So I've included a scan from the official artbook that contains a raw version of them, although in much lower quality.

As far as I’ve seen of both versions, no dialogue was removed or edited, only the option to trigger the bedroom events with characters in their child form. The dialogue is the same regardless of character age.
