A day of shopping for souvenirs and exploring . Traditional Portuguese cobblestone pavement, known as "calçada portuguesa", can be a nuisance to walk on high-heeled or to race across on rainy days, but it is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful forms of urban art in Portugal. A symbol of the country's beautiful historical centres, "calçada portuguesa" is, after all, made for walking and enjoying the view without haste… including the one beneath your feet! @visitlisbon #lisboa #Lisbon #portugal #art #pavement #cobblestones https://www.instagram.com/p/CqaME3LoYJff21NYDe2SY2Ow8HoA9FtjlMsJyo0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Transport in Lisbon -easy and flexible to get around Lisbon by bus train coach , Uber , taxi or Trams E28 – Martim Moniz to Campo Ourique (Prazeres) This is the classic tram route through the Alfama, Baixa and Chiado districts, and connects the eastern and western sides of central Lisbon. The route passes through many of the historic areas of Lisbon, and you will want to ride this route during your stay in Lisbon. Unfortunately, the 28 tram gets very busy during the day and is best ridden early in the day. @visitlisbon #lisboa #Lisbon #portugal #trams #transport (at Lisbon, Portugal) https://www.instagram.com/p/CqaCJH0IcN8s-qIqqL3L6oFUN1StmoWOi8LO-c0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Bom dia! Sintra is a resort town in the foothills of Portugal’s Sintra Mountains, near the capital, Lisbon. A longtime royal sanctuary, its forested terrain is studded with pastel-colored villas and palaces. The Moorish- and Manueline-style Sintra National Palace is distinguished by dramatic twin chimneys and elaborate tilework. The hilltop 19th-century Pena National Palace is known for a whimsical design and sweeping views. @visitlisbon #lisboa #Lisbon #portugal #sintra https://www.instagram.com/p/CqXfAOBIs0wTDF2fMH7WgiK2oIGQ66SukRcNbE0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

One day is not enough in Sintra but you can devote a whole day with an early start to get a much sight seeing as you can inside and outside of the castle . The Pena Palace is a Romanticist castle in São Pedro de Penaferrim, in the municipality of Sintra, on the Portuguese Riviera. The castle stands on the top of a hill in the Sintra Mountains above the town of Sintra, and on a clear day it can be easily seen from Lisbon and much of its metropolitan area @visitlisbon #lisboa #Lisbon #portugal #sintra https://www.instagram.com/p/CqXdlNzI2cAMOYxBesqDRHvnM91phqUZjEtj-s0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
