please read.

i’m sure many of you have seen posts with links to resources by now, but this page has links to bail funds, memorial funds, and organizations that you can donate to, as well as guides to allyship and safe protesting. there are even links to activists to follow on social media and anti-racism readings.

this page has links to petitions you can sign. i don’t have enough money to donate, but i’ve been signing as many petitions as i can find and attending protests when possible.

the most important thing is that you stay safe, both in regards to protests (even peaceful ones) being met with violence and in regards to social distancing and general precautions such as masks, hand-washing, etc. to help prevent the spread of covid-19. this is always important, but it’s especially good to keep in mind if you plan on attending protests.

racism and police brutality are not limited to the usa. please take the time to educate yourself and support the movement in whatever ways you can, even if you don’t have the money to donate.

stay safe.
