Mellow yellow | oil on linen | 18” x 14” This piece came out of nowhere today, I went into the studio feeling pretty unmotivated and really wasn’t in the mood to paint. I pushed through it and decided to just paint something as to not waste a day in the studio, this was the outcome. A painting I’m happy with and really captures what I set out to do when I started it. Sometimes you just have to get on with it and trust you’ll find your jam once you put paint on canvas.
