Something I do really love about The Tumblr Experience™️ is that you get everything. The whole blog, in order, not by popularity or (usually) tailored to fit an audience.

I followed this person for one thing, but this is a really gorgeous picture of a bird. A gifset of a movie I never would have seen. A poem about brothers or frogs or ribbon or love.

It's odd but it's meditative, almost. I think it's part of why mutuals, especially ones we don't really talk to, are such a specific phenomenon. keeping track of things like pretty skies, milestones, happy memories, appointments you're looking forward to

being kind to all your five senses → like investing in a scented candle or essential oil dispenser or body mist, having a soft blanket or socks (or a soft animal to pet), listening to birdsong or the rain, looking at the sky more often, and having your favorite foods enough times

Just for the record, Colin was already having feelings for Penelope before they kissed. Jealous was playing in the background when she was having a successful conversation with a suitor. When he came back he was constantly looking around to show her his new personality. When they touched hands he got as flustered by it as she did. I am of the belief that he’s liked her all along he just hadn’t realized it because she’s been so constant in his life that he never thought twice about it, but if you’re looking for signs just within this season they were there way before the kiss. The kiss was just him getting smacked over the head with his feelings so that he couldn’t ignore them anymore
