I still remember them being on my radar at the very start of my skincare journey almost a decade ago & how excited I was to learn what all the strange looking ingredients were that I'd never heard of before (remember when niacinamide was the new buzz word? Who else loves @skinfood_official products that focus on the uses of food as skincare ingredients? I've been a long-time fan of quite a few of their prods & I've always wanted to try out the Royal Honey Propolis essence (frankly because I'm obsessed with the bottle design ngl 😂 but also because bee & honey-based ingredients can be super beneficial to the skin) & I was not disappointed! . While I think their Black Sugar & Egg White Pore masks are both good for certain circumstances like when I start getting black head build-up around my nose, the Royal Honey Propolis essence will be an all-year-rounder for me because my skin absolutely soaks it up! . I also quite enjoy using the Carrot Carotene serum as a part of my everyday routine, but the Royal Honey Propolis essence trumps it overall just because it feels like it does more for my skin overall & I also just love the boujie old-school feeling dropper bottle . The Carrot Carotene calming water pads feel nice & all... but I could take it or leave it, especially because I'm trying to be more single-use conscious these days, so I probably wouldn't purchase a full jar of them myself in the future (yes ik it's a full jar of them, but you only use each pad once before throwing it out) . As promised, here is one of the serum ranges (+ cleanser) that I've been trying out recently from @forsundaypeople 🧖‍♀️ . Their range is set up as a simple 3-step system that would make it super easy for beginner skincare users to figure out what to use & when, with the Rise + Shine cleanser as step 1 of both their AM & PM routines, the Sun Kissed HA & B5 serum as the hydrating 2nd step for both AM & PM, & then for the final 3rd step, you can use the Magic Hour Vitamin C serum in your AM routine (followed by your choice of sunscreen of course!), & then the No Filter Retinol serum as the 3rd step of your PM routine. Personally, I would still add a final moisturiser to the PM routine, but that's up to personal preference & your skin type (& checking the actives to make sure nothing in the moisturiser will react with the retinol). . I love that all of these prods are so heavily focused on good-quality ingredients! What type of cleanser formula do you enjoy using the most? I can't decide, sometimes I really like gels & then sometimes I really like creamy foams, I'm so indecisive 😂 . Who else loves a boost in hydration?💧💙 . I've been trying out some products from the @neutrogena_anz Hydro Boost line (gifted by @influenster ) & I think my fave is the sunscreen! I loved that it was a nice glowy finish without it going greasy, & it has a really nice soft watermelon scent 😍🍉 . I also find the lil suspended bead texture of the serum to be really satisfying 😂 . Overall I didn't mind the foamy texture of the cleanser but I still have my other faves that I'll probs go back to . You know you're in for a treat when you're trying out new @pyunkangyul products 😍😍 I honestly have yet to find something from this brand that I didn't like (& I've tried multiple ranges at this point) . My skin has absolutely loved this calming range & I'm having difficulty choosing a favourite prod 😂 I didn't want to like the calming toner pads as much as I do (disposable single-use pad products & the planet & all that) but they just feel so nice on the skin & it really sets up my skin perfectly for the serum & moisture repair balm, which are equally as amazing & my skin feels so soft after using these products together! .
