Sorry it took so long for this one!! I was struggling with whether or not to attempt the classic Monster High™️ style, and after attempting… wasn’t pleased with the result haha. So please accept this Monster High-esque Nya and PIXAL AU! Nya is the dragon form from Seabound (water dragon? is there another word for it?) and PIXAL is…herself… but fashion! Haha.
In the sketches of this I had done some research of fashion circa 2014 just after rebooted came out… the chevron startled me so I opted for currentish trends.

Cole, Jay, and Lloyd, in their OG outfits, playing video games!!
Some things I wanted to try in this exercise:
- More painterly style/loose coloring
- new poses I haven’t really drawn before
- how the gis would look partially undone!
- Dynamic faces (definitely more noticeable in Lloyd haha)
- getting a feel for Cole! I haven’t really drawn any other ninjas than Jay and Lloyd since 2015 so I wanted to establish his features :3
overall I hope you like!! it’s more than a sketch but still sketchy?? ya!
oh, and they’re playing the Wii because that was what I played on as a kid :)
