Power leveling info:
I rank my character's power levels using the same system as VS Battles.
Most of my OCs will have a Power Level page that includes the following:
Their overall power rank (ex. 9-A)
Their ranking in terms of destructive capabilities/attack potency
Their ranking in terms of speed
Their ranking in terms of lifting strength
Their ranking in terms of striking strength
Their ranking in terms of durability
Their ranking in terms of intelligence
Their ranking in terms of range
Their ranking in terms of stamina
Other notable abilities
A paragraph for each ranking to explain why a ranking is the way it is.

Gabe the Goomba lives a monotonous and repetitive life. He wakes up, he waits for orders, he walks around, he searches for Mario all day, he goes back to HQ, and goes to sleep. It's a boring and depressing life, and Gabe knows it. He wants to leave this life behind for something more, but he can't. He's pretty much just accepted his fate, and tries to look on the bright side. He doesn't care what the light at the end of the tunnel ends up being, whether it's the bright glow of the sun or the headlights of a truck.
He's a nihilist. He believes that his life has no meaning, and he believes that nothing he does really matters. He's never gonna be able to escape this dull, monotonous loop, because Bowser needs that stupid red plumber gone, and he wants to stay alive. Gabe has dreams and ambitions beyond walking from point A to point B for the rest of his life, but he's done chasing after those dreams and ambitions. This is his life, and while he hates it, he'd much rather live a dull, repetitive life that can get better than assume that things won't get better, and leave everyone behind forever. He wants more out of his life, but he's really just waiting for the opportunity to come to him.
Gabe looks like a normal goomba, but he wears a blueish green nightcap. His eyes are also always half-way open, and his facial expressions are toned down. He sounds like a tired man in his 30s, and his voice is usually monotone.
He's just tired of the life he's living. He holds onto a little bit of hope, and he believes that maybe, just maybe, Bowser will take pity on him, and let him be free in the world to live the life that he was preventing him from living. But for now, Gabe is stuck in an endless cycle.

4. Before you kill my character or injure my character, ask for permission. If I say yes, you can feel free to break that character's spine. If I say no, leave that character's spine intact.
5. Don't beg me to reply. You can remind me if I forgot about our thread, but please don't @ me to reply, like, 15 minutes after you give your reply. I reply when I'm ready.
6. Canon ships are ok, Platonic ships are ok, but romantic ships that aren't canon aren't allowed.
7. Sometimes, I'll want an actual plot to follow, and other times, I'll sorta improvise. But I usually want a plot or even a basic premise to follow along with.
8. I follow back using @paranoidandroidofficial. If you see that blog follow you, that's actually me.
9. A couple of my characters are different from their source material. It's mostly just small changes, but some of them are completely different characters.
10. My replies are written like a book. A narrator narrates what a character does and how they feel, "this signifies a character talking," *and this signifies a character thinking*. Also, if something is in parenthesis, then it's the mun talking.
11. I interact with 2 types of people; my mutuals, and people who I show interest in.
12. If you send any nasty messages, anon or not, you're getting blocked. It's just common sense.
