“…” Silent at first, Itachi glanced to his sudden company that seemed to be fixated on the clouds above. In a pretty good mood, he wasn’t going to stand there and spoil it. Instead, his attention looked back up to the sky.
“I’ve heard of such things before, but my eyesight has never been the best to see such things,” but he hadn’t used those same eyes since coming to the city. His vision was pretty good in comparison. “At least… it use to be like that.”
Simple things pleased simple minds and Kofuku’s was about as simple as they came. Clouds, flowers, little animals, stupid games were all enjoyable to the goddess who apparently had no cares in the world, or in Spirale.
“Gosh, does that mean you were blind before coming here? That’s so sad.”
She was clearly genuine in her concern for him despite having never met him before.
