I watched the 92NY panel and there’re a few things I picked up. Well, hopefully my understanding is correct as English is not my first language and I apologise in advance.

1. Gimple wanting Ep 4 to be a live episode. I know it’s probably because it’s written like a play and it would be a crazy and amazing experience to witness that live. But also, knowing Gimple is a huge Richonne fan, did he also want all those strong emotions like the panic attack during the sexy scenes to be included 👀 I’m not surprised if he did. The ticket sales will be insane.

2. Andy was saying that Danai gave him notes but it got “lost in translation over the Atlantic” lol. And he really can’t talk about it and it’s also for episode 4. I hope they will bring it up in future panels. I wanna know which scene it was.

And side note, how do we push AMC to campaign for these two brilliant people to win all the awards next year. Gahhh if they can do it for Breaking Bad and Mad Men, why not for TOWL.

1. Could you imagine a LIVE richonne sex scene?!?!?!?! Do you know the level of insanity that would be? 😭😭😭 that's why Danai was like "it would never work!" but its so funny to think about. It doesn't matter if they had it thousands of miles away from me and it costed hundreds of dollars, I'd scrape together every penny I don't have just to get a front row seat 😭😭

2. I have a theory that it may or may not have been for the sex scene? Maybe it looked like... incompetence... upon first glance? Which is so funny to think about. Andy Lincoln was like "I do not have that problem and neither does Richard!"

3. I would LOVE for them to win their very well deserved emmy's but we all know how rigged it can be at times. I'm not use to any of my favorite shows winning! Lol. But best believe I will be doing my own little campaign for them regardless!

Something I've wondered that the show has never answered is how much of the conversation in 4x16 between Carl and Michonne did Rick hear? Is that how he first finds out about Andre? When did he and Michonne actually talk about Andre?

I don't think Rick actually heard their conversation, as he was decently far away from them. I believe because he is a very intuitive and perceptive man that he already knew Michonne had a child that had died but didn't say anything about it because it's a difficult conversation topic I'm sure. I think he got verbal confirmation sometime during those two weeks after he and Michonne finally got together. During one of their many late nights in between love making I think she told him all about Andre. But that is just my own personal theory. I desperately wish we could have seen this conversation though. It is like the one thing I had ALWAYS wanted from TWD and they never delivered.

Hey everyone. Just recently in my life something devastating happened. I'll probably be off Tumblr the next few days so I just wanted to warn you all.

So, did the two realize that they were in love with each other in the same episode (in claimed)?

While they were in love before, it wasn't fully realized until their moment in season 6 episode 10. Rick knew he was in love with her sometime before that though. I can't really decide but the more I think about it the more I really feel like he knew he was in love with her during Conquer. He felt guilty about lying to her and came clean and it was this very endearing moment. Rick genuinely tells Michonne the reason he lied to her was because he knows the hold she has on him, the way she can talk him out of anything. He knew the effect she had on him so I feel like this is when he realized or at least started to realize he was in love. He was crushing on her hard at the prison. Much like Michonne falling in love with Rick at one of his craziest moments, I feel like it's the same for him. He fell in love with her when she killed that hermit in the cabin while on the way to save Glenn and Maggie. Was it conscious? No, of course not but that's when it happened. The fact that it's only a month between the end of season 3 and the start of season 4 is crazy to me!!! And as we all know Michonne fell for Rick when he bit that man's throat out. I love that two of the most perceptive characters on the show couldn't see what was right in front of them until they were hit in the face with it.

Rick Grimes is hands down the best leading man in any TV show! No one has done and or is doing it like him! Truly one of the best characters of all time and it sucks that Andrew Lincoln has not gotten the recognition that he deserves for his portrayal! 

There will never be another character like Rick Grimes ever! He truly has it all. The nuance, the complexity, the romance, the always amazing acting, the devotion, the sex appeal, etc, etc, etc. No one is touching him! Andrew Lincoln does deserve all the awards for his portrayal of Rick Grimes and its so disappointing how he hasn't gotten it. We all know award shows are just a popularity contest, though. I can't remember the last time someone who actually deserved to win actually won.

I think by the time he got to Alexandria he knew already he loved her but had to work out his Lori mess through Jessie and get right in the head. Once done he could fully admit Michonne was the one. Also Michonne was on her own journey. She knew what she wanted but closed it off till the right moment

For me, I wanna say the putting the ring in the middle of it, or honestly the sex scene (because first of all, the lead up to it was extremely hot and well done and when the scene continued I was like oh they’re actually giving us a sex scene? Didn’t think it was gonna happen 👀 to ooooohhh okayyyyy now 🫦 to ohhhh no 😥 to 🥹 back to ok nowwww 😮‍💨 A whole journey 😭😭😭)… but I might still have to give it to the AU dream sequences. Just by virtue of being the first ones. They completely took me by surprise. The mix of I cannot believe this is a thing that they did, this is an actual scene from the show and not ff and the scenes are so sweet too -delirious-giggle that it provoked in me was unmatched 😭

Omg! It would definitely be the dream sequence for me also. Whenever I first saw them I got SO excited and worked up I almost puked! Like I had to pause the show a good ten minutes to collect myself. And the way we got to see through his eyes just how beautiful she is to him.... damn near brought me to tears. Like what the hell do you mean the only thing keeping Rick alive for years was dreaming of falling in love with his life all over again?!?!?!? He created fanfiction about his own wife for YEARS!!!!!!!! AND IT KEPT HIM ALIVE...... and then whenever she disappeared from his dreams he fully believed he had nothing left in life and submitted himself to Okafor's mission. There will never be another man who loves a woman the way Rick Grimes loves his!

It’s been a couple of weeks since twol ended and with the tweets and posts i’m still seeing, I just hope Andy’s kids aren’t on sm like that and/or have any- and everything twd and certainly richonne related blocked. They really don’t need to see alladat. Same for his wife. Even I, a Richonner, don’t need to see some of this stuff lmao 😆 … and that’s before we even get into all the real life shipping happening 🥴. For your own sanity, if you’re a family member of someone on a show that people are currently talking about.. just stay off social media for a minute 😭

I rewatched Michonne arriving at the Prison yesterday and never noticed how gentle and tender Rick was with her first. I always remembered the electric attraction energy but after she passed out and he carried her in he was really gentle. He only got intense when he found out she knew where Glenn and Maggie were. He had googly eyes from day 1

the communities being distant was also written badly. if alexandria was the one being closed off from strangers why didn’t hilltop ever help the kingdom and vice versa? why didn’t oceanside pitch in and help? and michonne literally offers that the kingdom ppl come and live in alexandria when she learns of their issues so she obviously didn’t have a problem helping out when she could. when ASZ was attacked, kids stolen etc of course she wouldn’t be in a position to give out anything she was on high alert, felt the need to protect her community first and probably felt a lot of guilt for allowing that woman in but she received no grace or sympathy, not to mention she was 7 months pregnant???? and it seems none of the other communities HELPED them when that happened so they can’t be upset when they get nothing in return. it was so crazy how they tried acting like she was in the wrong all throughout s9

It seems like at every point, she chose the WRONG decision. How is that even possible? How is it possible to be wrong all the time? Every step of the way? I'll never forgive her for some of the things she chose.

Michonne literally was NOT wrong. They treated her like she was crazy, bad mouthed her, were disrespectful to her face, etc.... she was already grieving and all they did was stress her out worse. If I'm being honest, I quit watching when fucking Tara the Thief stole Michonne's charter that she worked VERY hard on all on her own and everyone but Michonne signed it. Like one of the very first examples of government that will exist, literally HISTORY in the making, will give no credit to the woman who made it. That was my final straw. I was done with the show for good after that. Nothing in a show has ever pissed me off so bad before or since. And then to make Michonne be okay with her stealing it?????!?!?!?!?!?!?! REALLY?!?!?!?!?!?!
