this is just an appreciation post for the dinotopia books and their incredible illustrations, all by author james gurney. these books are so meticulous and detail and feel like you've just found the long lost field journal of someone who got stranded on an island co-inhabited by humans and dinosaurs in a hybrid society. i love these books with all my heart.

The life you are living right now is the life you choose, whether consciously or not. Because life is made up of your choices and the consequences of those choices.
If you are transgender and need to live a more feminine life. Change your choices, so that the consequences of those choices are to your liking and your needs.
When changing your choices, don't choose just considering what others will think. Choose thinking about the enthusiasm you will feel when making that choice to be more feminine in everything you do.
Choose thinking about the joy, the enormous enthusiasm that you will feel when you make that feminine choice for yourself. Because then you will be choosing the choices that have to do with you. And not the choices you make to please others.
