NOBODY REALLY... but strength wise, probably rexerse

Probably some military shit (which was actually his face, but since he's completely developed, they're basically the same person)

nootttt really. he's pretty level headed about the stuff he likes. he does really like military stuff though.

himself for stealing his face

something bad happening to lys or her finding out he's a blank.

actually reese's (his face's) mother, but kind of your basic mom. Now passed away from natural causes, she was a supporting military mom that was use to the men she loved going away to battle and always gave them a welcoming home to come back to.
25. Describe this character’s father.
(Once again, actually Reese's father). Probably shaped who he is, Desmond/Reese is probably a lot like his dad, though maybe a little more gentle hearted. A military guy but good father, stern but loving. He was probably very strict, but by no means a bad dad that desmond/reese didn't love.
26. If he had to choose, with whom would this character prefer to live?
like which parent? uhhh he loved both of them but if it was like...idk the parents divorced and he had to pick which one, probably his dad. he was probably a daddy's boy
27. Where does this character fall in birth order? What effect does this have?
has a younger brother, undecided if he has a younger sister.
28. Describe this character’s siblings or other close relatives.
Abel is a kind of general nice guy. He really looked up a lot to his brother, Reese, and was devastated when he was killed by a blank. While he always wanted to be just like his big brother growing up, he didn't quite have the muscle to compete with him. He made up for it by studying a lot and became some-what of a weapons and vehicle expert for the military.
29. Describe this character’s bedroom. Include three cherished items.
Doesn't have anything from his life before he stole his face. He went completely into hiding and made a completely new identity to survive as a blank, so basically "Reese" does not exist anymore. So he basically only has what he's gotten from the past few years so not much "cherished" stuff. He probably has a few pictures of him and Lys that mean a lot, as well as his mask. Probably also keeps a cigar box for special occasions or especially bad days (He very occasionally smokes).
30. What is this character’s birth date? How does this character manifest traits of his/her astrological sign?
i never give my characters birthdays just ages A;WOEIJFOIJF i'd have to look at the signs more carefully which i dun have time for atm (past bed time whoops)

Pack of cigarettes, lighter, and a pocket knife. LIKE A MAN

because rexerse exists

(calm) Lys or a cigarette

Lys finding out he's a blank or Rexerse attacking Lys

He refuses to let anything bad happen to Lys.

the frickin scary blank half of rexerse threatening lys if he didn't take care of rexerse.

fit guy, looks like he's straight out of the military, probably disciplined and well behaved, but polite and friendly.

Lys. literally.

spend as much time with Lys as he could.

nice guy but easy to walk over despite his tough military background

easily persuaded or influenced, gullible.

that he's a bit over passionate about some issues (rexerse would be a social justice blogger for blanks if tumblr existed in their world)

um define asset? i guess if you mean like...object related to him, it'd be his blank space.
5. If this character could chose a different identity, who would he be?
100% himself instead of 50% mikiah
6. What music does this character sing to when no one is around?
badly to probably rock, pop or even rap
7. In what or whom does this character have the greatest faith?
mikiah, even if he's dead

it's a fictional world so idk what movies they have. probably some old kid movie though that his mom would put on for him as a kid.

His mask, and not really for shoes. They're just shoes to him.

His brother mikiah, but he also loved his mom to death

Blank rights, though it's not exactly a secret. he dun really have a "secret" wish, he's pretty vocal about all of them

Successfully catching Blanker (whoop spoiler, good thing nobody reads this)

UMMM he really, really doesn't get embarrassed easily. Probably being bandaged up by Nurse Desmond. Desmond probably man handles people when he's doctoring them up.

Stealing Mikiah's face

Being discovered as a half-blank and not finding out who killed his brother

not being able to stop himself from stealing his own brother's face in his dying moments

recovering from losing his brother and having to start a completely new life in a world he barely knows and being able to approach it with zest

Finding out who was responsible for his brother's death and blank equality.

Might be slightly obsessed with blank rights. +Food, especially ice cream. He never was able to eat before he stole his face, so now he wants to eat everything. He also hasn't developed a stomach yet, so he can eat as much as he wants without getting full (or pooping).

That he couldn't stop himself from stealing his brother's face

probably for mikiah to have died in vain

mikiah, before he died. now he probably just likes to try to one-up desmond.

Very loving and accepting. Accepted Rexerse's father, even after finding out he stole her husband's face and wasn't the original, and faithfully and protectively raised Rexerse, a half-blank.
25. Describe this character's father.
Died very young in Rexerse's life. Loved his son and family but was tortured with his blank half. Eventually killed himself to stop the temptations his blank half was trying to force upon him.
26. If he had to choose, with whom would this character prefer to live?
like which parent? his mom because he barely knew his dad.
27. Where does this character fall in birth order? What effect does this have?
Youngest brother of two. His big brother was his hero and best friend and very protected by him.
28. Describe this character's siblings or other close relatives.
Only other family is mikiah (duh). gosh i have to say that name a lot in this.
but um yeah mikiah was a nice guy, very casual and didn't seem to take things too seriously. had a surprisingly sly side and knew how to manipulate people if he needed. but it was always for the better good, even if he had to break a few rules doing it.
Lauro isn't related to him, but she's like an Aunt. She's perceived as a very powerful woman, but is actually very quirky and takes her work very seriously. She's very sweet to everyone but Rexerse, who she gives a very hard case of tough love to. She and him have a very strong love-hate relationship, but in the end they both know that they're family and love each other.
29. Describe this character's bedroom. Include three cherished items.
Doesn't live in it anymore, but before setting out, still kind of childlike. He lived in the basement where he could be hidden if guests came over (this was before he stole a face, obviously). Has a small window, a twin bed, a desk and lots of books. A pretty basic room, though it's a nice one. Because he literally wasn't allowed to leave the house growing up, he had a lot of toys and other things to entertain himself.
A part of his room that he and his mother and brother hate, is a part with some chains in the wall. Rexerse grew up in a part of the country that got heavy snow fall in winter. Because of this, it was safe for people to go around without masks, thinking that no blanks could survive the wet snow. Unfortunately, as a half-blank, Rexerse can't control his urge to steal a face if it comes within range of him.
So if a guest were to come over without their mask, Rexerse had to be chained where he couldn't reach whoever was visiting. Nobody did this out of punishment to him, it was just simply the only way to keep him secret and guests safe.
30. What is this character's birth date? How does this character manifest traits of his/her astrological sign?
i never give my characters birthdays just ages A;WOEIJFOIJF but i think i remember deciding that he was a dragon in the chinese zodiac based on personality.

He did live in seclusion for about that long awoiejf
but um... he dun need much...
seriously, probably just stuff to kill boredom: book, drawing stuff, a video game if they existed (the technology might be advanced enough to have like a gameboy).

because the lack of blank rights.

Somebody killed Mikiah because he knew something, now he's trying to find out who and why and for some reason they want him.

Shnee jumping up on him or licking him or barking at a cat.

Fucking weird and annoying and can't control his dumb dog but seems like a generally nice guy.

Try different foods.

THE WORLDDDD. like i said, mikiah knew something and now rexerse is gaining his memories

Rush to find Claude and demand answers on what happened to Mikiah.

masks count in this world, so that. without the mask, his face, since he, ya know, stole it.

IT’S FINALS WEEK so i’ve been working my ass off this whole weekend on my final project for school. so i thought i earned myself just a tiny break to do some sketches…
i’ve really just been dying to draw so have some COB doodles.
i really wanna finish the arm one. ‘w’ but i feel like 90% of the time i draw rexerse he’s beat up or depressed so maybe i should draw him happy one more time before i draw his arm being lopped off.
oh and the lys one is completely out of character a;weoijfojijf (with the exception of some times ; )))) )
