Here is a list of some YouTube ASMR ambiences/soundscapes (they’re all hyperlinked, so click away!) Unlike traditional ASMR, these videos do not feature any people. Talented YouTubers have used software to create rendered environments with layered sounds, with many of these ambiences inspired from fantasy to others based in reality. I find music with lyrics to be distracting sometimes, but these are great background noises for focusing, studying, doing homework, and even for relaxing. Enjoy and good luck ♡

A Day with a Baby

新生児のいる生活はめちゃくちゃので時間割なんかあまり作れません。この下に赤ちゃんのいる一日の大体のスケジュールを紹介しようと思いました。

時間割

??時　赤ちゃんが起きるときに起きる

??時　それから赤ちゃんの面倒をみる

??時　赤ちゃんとお散歩する

??時　赤ちゃんがやっとお昼寝したら、急いでご飯を食べて、休む

??時　赤ちゃんがまた起きたら、また面倒をみる

??時　赤ちゃんがまたお昼寝したら、また食べて、休む

??時　起きてる間はずっと面倒をみてて、寝てるときは休む

??時　一日が長くても早かったので、いつか赤ちゃんが寝ちゃって、　　　また食べて、何か観ようか読もうとしたら、　　　気づいたらもうそんなに遅い時間になったの⁈ 　　　それで急いで寝ても、赤ちゃんが起きるのは早すぎるって　　　感じて、また最初から長い一日が始まるよ！　　　疲れても、頑張ります！

Life with a newborn is pretty much all over the place so it’s hard to really be able to create a timetable. Below I will introduce what the schedule of a day with a baby generally looks like.

My Schedule

?? o’clock 　Wake up when the baby wakes up

?? o’clock 　From there, take care of the baby

?? o’clock 　Go on a walk with the baby

?? o’clock 　When the baby finally takes a nap, quickly eat a meal and rest

?? o’clock 　When the baby wakes up again, look after the baby again

?? o’clock 　When the baby takes another nap, eat again and rest

?? o’clock 　Look after the baby during the whole time he’s awake, and when he’s asleep, rest

?? o’clock 　The day is long but also goes by fast, therefore at some point when the baby finally sleeps, eat again, then when you try to watch or read something, before you know it the hour is already that late?! So then even when you try to quickly sleep, the baby wakes up way too early, then your long day starts again from the beginning! Even if you’re tired, you do your best!
