As a fun way to bring a smile to people’s faces, make a small cut-flower garden in your yard, porch, or balcony (if you have one). Then, at the end of the year, make the flowers into small bouquets and send them to a local nursery home or the long-term care unit of a hospital for the patients! There are a lot of people in those places that don’t have anyone to visit them. Sending them flowers makes them feel special and wanted, even if it’s only for a day.
And everyone has a right to feel special and wanted.

Dude part of America's capitalism problem is we still equate success with value and worship the rich. Like any time you go on LinkedIn it will be a shitstorm of listicles describing the habits of highly successful people. And people read those? Here's a fucking question: What does it take to be a highly successful person in a dystopia? Are you sure you want to know? Are you sure you want to worship these idols?
