most important thing to remember about being a woman is if youre married you have to go under the covers with your husband and laugh cutely and play wrestle so when you die to progress the narrative he can remember it in slow motion montages

Making this its own post hi everyone I'm engaging in The Discourse. I am someone who is kinky, who is pro-kink, who interacts with a lot of kink circles, etc., and I have never during this time encountered any notable amount of people trying to include Literally Pedophilia when they talk about being pro-kink (remember that an adult wearing a diaper is not Literally Pedophilia. Not doing this argument again). In my experience it simply does not happen enough to justify people coming into the notes of every pro-kink post they can find and accusing op of being a Literal Raceplay Incest Pedophile because they didn't appropriately Condemn those things in a post about petplay at a pride parade. It is not a good-faith argument and I'm tired of treating it like it is. We should not be expected to have Civil Debates with people who so clearly show their asses about putting petplay and child abuse in the same category of "sexual deviance," we should be allowed to recognize it as the cheap potshot that it is and ignore it. I just have not seen enough of a presence of people Literally Defending Raceplay (or anything else) to justify the sheer of quantity "well what about RACEPLAY" replies to my posts about having a shoe fetish. It's an attempt at a gotcha, it really is. People put words into our mouths all the time but because we're expected to want to prove ourselves better than all the other pervert degenerates we're expected to entertain that. Ugh

a while ago my very cis long-time friend told me he was a little jealous of how trans people have a connection as soon as we meet each other, and i told him not to worry, it's a survival mechanism and he's lucky to not need it.
to some extent i think people scaremongering about "transfem separatism" are on a similar wavelength, just less emotionally honest and choosing to make it our problem. yes, i do click with transfems much faster than i warm up to tme people, queer or not, but that's because i know she's suffered in a similar way to me and is much more likely to have worked out transmisogynistic biases and won't turn on me.

Vaguely penis fishing mug I had to leave behind at Walgreens due to my busted and too-many-mugs-having nature. A reel shame.

the humble "like" is oft mocked despite what it does for us. "like, three people" is a vastly different statement from "three people". "and i was like 'what the fuck'" is vastly different from "and i said 'what the fuck'". i love you "like" and anyone who says you make people sound stupid will be killed on sight

Simping for Dennis Reynolds is such a wild experience because I simultaneously want to hug him and give him all the love and attention he so desperately needs but I also want to strangle him slowly while watching the life drain from his beautiful blue eyes.

this is a niche one but instead of "they would not fuckin say that" it's "they would not fucking use American sign language".
ASL is not the only sign language. two british characters in your fanfiction would not be using ASL. England in fact has its own kind of sign language, BSL, that forms a sign family with many other sign languages around the world.
ASL isn't even the original member of its sign family, it comes from french sign language. do you know sign languages aren't related to spoken languages? that's an important one! it's not a direct 1:1 with people speaking English around the world. people in other countries don't learn ASL just in case they run into an usamerican or Canadian (who do often use it)
i know the entire world is the USA or whatever and sign languages do sometimes borrow from ASL for signs they don't have, but please be aware that there are other sign languages and families in the world that are not in fact ASL.

If I ask nicely will people reblog this and tell me what their most common breakfast is? Not your favorite necessarily, just what you have for breakfast most frequently? 🙏🏽

Buckle up, European and Foreigner Tumblypoos, because I'm about to learn you a thing about AMERICA.
Tumblr media
You see these delectable motherflippers? These are called STATES. You stupid foreigners might not be able to wrap your head around this, but basically they're administrative subdivisions of the country.
And here's the thing: They are totally heckin' different from each other! For instance, New York:
Tumblr media
Looks TOTALLY DIFFERENT from Kansas:
Tumblr media
And they both look TOTALLY different from California!
Tumblr media
So before you make fun of an American for not knowing where tiny third-world countries like "Check Republic" or "South Korea" are, maybe think about how much we have to learn about the unique regional differences in our OWN country. Maybe you should think about AMERICA more.

So I just saw a post by a random personal blog that said “don’t follow me if we never even had a conversation before” and?????? Not to be rude but literally what the fuck??????????
I’ve had people (non-pornbots) try to strike conversation out of nowhere in my DMs recently, and now I’m wondering if they were doing that because they wanted to follow me and thought they needed to interact first. I feel compelled to say, just in case, that it’s totally okay to follow this blog (or my side blog, for that matter) even if we’ve never talked before.
Also, I’m legit confused. Is this how follow culture works right now? It was worded like it’s common sense but is that really a thing?
