The fact that people always feel the need to tell every Karen, Debbie, mandy even svetlana fans that they are rapists is so fucking stupid. Especially svet when she is literally the victim. WE WATCHED THE SHOW. Just because u can't understand the character well enough. U have to reduce them to terrible people without even looking at the content of their actions don't mean I have to do that🤷♂️🤷♂️. I know what they did was wrong and I like them anyway.
You don't see me telling every Kevin fan I see that he's a terrible person who killed someone.
Am I in mickey stans comments reminding them that he's was a pimp and violent criminal?? NO IM NOT.
I swear those kinda people just hate woman cause if you actually cared about victims you would be talking about how Karen and Debbie were groomed or how mandy was sexually abused and how they all have very fucked up ideas around sex because of that.
It's these same people who will say svet was just as bad as Terry like she had a choice.

I honestly don't understand Lip half the time. Like, in season 3, he is so adamant about helping Molly and keeping her away from Terry, but when it comes to Mandy he doesn't care.
He has this whole plot line of keeping Molly at the Gallagher's so she doesn't get molested by Terry, but then he contradicts himself by also having a plot line in the season of telling Mandy repeatedly to go to her home, where Terry is.
Like, the difference between:
"Why don't you just take her to her father's house?" - jimmy/steve talking about molly
"Well, we're not gonna take her to her father's house because her father likes to molest his daughters." - lip
vs
"Go home Mandy!" - lip
"I have a problem with you being here." - lip

the shameless fandom is so unnecessarily obsessed with mandy’s actress change. yeah, her personality changed a bit, but she’s still the same character?? every single thing that happened to season 1 mandy is still something that seasons 2-6 mandy endured, she isn’t a different person… also her personality change makes a lot of sense even in canon when we think about what was happening to her in season 2
