Monhun has been nothing but a positive influence for my own works over the years. There's not a single illustration, design or piece of worldbuilding I have done, that hasn't been at least slightly graced by a bit of Monhun influence.

A rad year lies behind us and Melody has something to tell you again.

Today, she misjudged her heading a little and crashed into her mommy's glitter container. The big one! There is now glitter everywhere and Melody seems to have quite the mess at her raptorials. However, she says that one should never waste a perfectly good crisis. Hard times have a lot to teach and during them, you can find out what's truly important and what you are capable of. One can see good in and after the many hardships that are encountered in life. Melody thinks, exiting them stronger than we entered should be our goal. She might have some glitter chaos to deal with, but for now, she is also the prettiest glitter mantis on the entire planet! Jewel beetle who?!

Let's all deal with hard times the way Melody does and grow strong despite everything!

A grand year is over and Melody once again has an important message for you!

Today, she and her enclosure were sprayed with water so that Melody can drink the little droplets. It always brings her joy to sip the water drops and it's healthy too. Melody says, it's curious how such a small thing can make one happy. She always tries to find elation in the little things, because often these are what your days are truly made of. The many simple sparks of happiness are the moments that can be truly enjoyed without any preparation or buildup. They line every day and when enjoyed, they make your day good. Chain together enough good days and you make yourself a good life!

Let us all follow Melody's example in the coming year and fill it with these small droplets of bliss! Happy new year!
