Hey, quick reminder, being in pain is a valid reason.
Being in pain is a valid reason to rest.
Being in pain is a valid reason to use a mobility aid.
Being in pain is a valid reason to say no.
Knowing something will cause pain is a valid reason to say no.
There is a balance you have to find between doing what you want and need to do while in pain, but remember that some of our daily symptoms would send abled people to the ER. You deserve rest.
