to continue my tidestriderposting: it's so interesting how, after watching both his friends get killed in front of him, gillion's first instinct was not to let himself crumble. was not to grieve, in any way, shape, or form. but to avenge them. to try and teleport behind pryce and cut his fucking head off, not realizing he didn't even have his sword until it was too late for him to do anything meaningful. and still, he grabbed pryce. he tried to hurt him, because goddamn it, he's not letting his friends go down in vain, even if he goes down with them.

Would you still love Gillion Tidestrider, even if he was a neon Dwarf Gourami?? I know i would 🐟
