Today we had a visit from the district manager and thankfully we passed. When he was there I thought a different guy was coming and when I asked his name for the order he said John. Jocelyn the manager from Mundeline was there and Kim "the Italian" really she's the biggest Jewish goombah I've ever known to exist and I told Dad she looks just like Bruce Vilanch lol said she was mean at lunch. She had an unending source of stuff we needed to redo for when we got checked by the district manager. She went in there like a tornado but it was friendly fire for she was just trying to prep us for the visit but her timers were discusting and I threw them out. She said we would get dinged for the mocha containers being stained, told me to clean the coffee pots because she said she knew how to get the stains out; she said how do you organize the sandwich drawer saying some girls weren't looking and choosing expired sandwiches or the ones for tomorrow then she said to redo the sandwich drawer- one drawer for today one for tomorrow and one drawer would be expired stuff to just throw away; clean the water hose daily; make iced coffee in the morning; assemble the undone pumps in the morning and order like ten pumps per week with some sugar free black pumps she was adamant that we need new pumps and showed me the syrup jar with pump attached saying air was hitting it or whatever and it could infect the new syrup, set out and date tomorrows mocha containers in the morning; make mocha and wc at night, redo the pastry case like 5x per year according to the picture, make sure we set timers for 2% half n half and also a separate timer for the skim, setting a 7 minute timer to cover the coffee and only having two coffees before noon the pike and blonde with doing a full batch for each and dumping them every 15 minute timer; she said we need spare milks 24 hours in the fridge to be cool upon use; dating everything Diego says we need to date the milks lol we are supposed to RPQ everything and QMos expired pastries and sandwiches; we are supposed to call out the drink size, drink and the person's name; etc. After she left I went and did karaoke with Jim and Ken and read a snapchat news that said Lady Gaga told Oprah she was raped at 19. I told Diego Joselyn was abrasive. I thought I knew what Lady Gaga felt like. Her and Diego did the order and they forgot to order mocha of all things so Manny had to get it from another store. She told me you can't be in the lobby with the apron on and if anything happens I'm telling them that one because it's ridiculous. She told Diego he had to print the weekly read and put it in the binder and had like three or four additional binders one with arduous cleaning tasks.

Diego
Diego is the super skinny Latino who is leader of the Starbucks. Apparently he recently completed training and he was support when Lisette was ordering supplies. He gets the dishwashing bags of detergent and sanitiser for the sinks. One time when he ordered something I thought he said do you want acid haha he probably was saying acai maybe.

Lisette said to take pictures of the frozen sandwiches and pastries so here is one of three. Today I went to the library and read the chapter in my We the People government book about Bureaucracy. The troubles with that are not clear-cut enough guidelines in order for the experts in the fields to know how to implement the laws and just doing whatever they want not being held accountable to the democracy.
Apparently Emily Weiss, who walks around like she had two protein shakes and something up her ass and when she says what size just feels like she's thinking of the strap-on when she's asking the guest, is leaving according to Ace today on Tuesday 10/1. She really seems like a young dyke and the first time I saw her was one of the few times I cashiered. She seems to know top to bottom about cashiering but she just makes messes and then literally says oh I made a mess when working at the Starbucks and there were a few times I heard her mutter under her breath frustrated as she entered the Starbucks behind me when I was busy making a drink or politely interacting with the guest. She has a few good ideas about doing the inventory but when the district manager came by she was almost yelling, saying that no one cares and the way she was approaching the topic was both almost humorous and stressful because she was just loud and blunt and there was no end in sight of the catestrophic problems of her rant. I started studying the order guide so I wouldn't have to put up with her trying to tell me what to do. One day last week I actually told Ace I had put my two weeks in on the computer but then 45 minutes later I came back after my shift and cancelled the request. Today I had a brief meeting with him where he said it will get better and that they are working on getting someone to be in charge of the ordering and I said I can coordinate with that person and he also said that Emily will be leaving which is sort of a relief but at the same time I was going to try to tough it out pun intended and split up the ordering with her from pastries and popcorn to cups, lids and blonde roast.

Inventory
Today the truck came and Emily opened. There was literally so much stuff that I could barely fit it in aisle 6 and I was sweating. It took me over an hour before I could get back to take my lunch and things were piled up outside the break room and then we had two more carts of food stuff  luckily it only took us 20 minutes to put one cart away. We still have a cart of inventory setting outside the SBUX that we need to put expiration stickers on for tomorrow. I was literally checking the mydevice for last minute orders at 9:30AM. 
I printed a copy of the master guide at Staples last night 9/25 that Lisette highlighted and made notes for last week. You can print the order guide by going to Starbucks order guide in the search field. You have to click the arrow in the right hand side of the page in order to then click the 3 dots to print.
Every Sunday you can order things until 10AM Thursday for the following Thursday when the truck comes at 9:30-10am. If you want to change something just enter 0 and redo it. swipe left on the mydevice (to log into it it is 1167) Take inventory in the notebook of aisle 6 and use a tally system for adding the missing cups and lids which are located by the cardboard compactor. 
This summer I tried to go to the woods in Oakton campus with a rope but I couldn’t get the rope over the tree limb and had to leave at 7AM. I bought a ladder to try when Xianyu was in China so I could use his truck but I returned the ladder.
Ordering food comes every two days so keep vigilate about constantly checking if what we need is in the freezer.
Lisette had 3 pastry bag boxes (1 half full), 3 egg white tray boxes (1 opened) in SBUX back room. Lisette went to Golf Mill target this month-September and gave me a $10 H&M gift card and gave Emily I think a $10 Starbucks card that she said I could put in her apron. 
Call about the slurpy machine if it is not working: 588-522-7664. To check what is low on the pop machine push your finger into the white abiss by the lower left hand side and a screen should pop up. 
Ace orders the oven cleaner, expiration stickers, mastrena sterilizer wipes and paper towels but they take 10-14 days to arrive. I think Paul puts the nonnutritive Coca-Cola sweetener in the pop machine.

Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew
PCCF CB: 2 pumps of pumpkin spice sauce in the cold foam pitcher with vanilla sweet cream up to the 100 mL line and blend on 3. Add 1234 vanilla to the cold brew up to the first line then water up to the third a little ice and 1" of room for the sweet cream foam. Top with nitro lid and voila!

So she said one of her high school friends will be training in a couple of weeks. Now we will have two girls named Alesha. I met Aleshas mom yesterday and drove Alesha to her apartment behind the CVS where the guy who does crack who had it on his nose at the library trying to teach me calc. She said someone threw eggs at their house and wrote "Alesha is a whore" on her car wtf! Alesha is so laid back. She is Pakiztani. She doesn't know who did it and we were talking about how she will get a video camera. Today 7/3 Alesha got fired and apparently cops showed up yesterday when 4 people got fired from Target. They said she was taking things but Victoria didn't know what. Alesha didn't show up half the time. So 7/4 ! Apparently she was taking sandwiches which we should be able to have...

Cashier tips
Don’t scan anything and press K8 extras. Do K6 WIC food/formula or K7 WIC produce. Enter the red check number in the upper right-hand corner. Place check face-down with the top at the right-hand side and write the amount they actually spent on the WIC check (make sure they didn’t overspend) Put WIC check in drawer and reprint the receipt and put that with the WIC check.
30 day returns 60 days with red-card try saying “are you using the red card today?”
5 cents scan for guests’ own bags
If the item has no barcode use the DPI # which is located most likely on the tag. On clothing items there is a barcode on the inside tag of the actual clothing item.
Bob and Lisa is code for checking the bottom of the carts if someone forgets something.
Try to use one bag to ensure the customer won’t leave any of the items.
If you get change you have to let Tony or whoever is in charge know and at the same time request it on the register.
To open the drawer to get change press K5 and go from there.
K2 opens the drawer.
Take a lunch at 5+ hours and you get two breaks for over 7 hours. If at least 4 hours you get one 15 minute break.
Starbucks-check gift card amount press price inquiry between enter and total.
Starbuck- if someone wants to add say an espresso shot after they already paid and there is no way to print and scan the receipt then press K Keys no barcode and enter the price.
