This is just a spot to gather all my posts about the beta / legacy editors and cutting posts into one place, mostly so it's in one easily shareable link for people who ask. (Last updated February 21, 2023.)

WHAT'S EVEN GOING ON — This long post explains pretty much everything in great detail. It covers the different editors, the different extensions required for cutting posts and how they work, some glitches you may encounter, and reasons the two systems aren't compatible. I highly recommend reading this one before any of the others, as it provides the most context.

“So i’m ready for you to tell me all about Paldea.” The smile that stretched across her lips tugged her cheeks higher than what most considered usual. Nessa leaned forward to further prompt that she was all ears. “Did you spot new Pokemon? Did you bring back any? Are there really spaces bigger than the Wild Area? Your posts were only giving me so much and every selfie you sent me had more of your head than any scenery.” Nessa poked at his side with a shake of her head, teasing for sure. She gazed up at him again, the glimmer in her eyes rivaling that of the ocean's surface. She had missed getting to have their talks. Most of all, she had missed him.

I was pleasantly surprised by all the love on my last two inktober posts.  I went away on an awesome vacation, but just got back.  These lil guys were gonna be my 18th, but were sorta too easy so here’s a reef of Corsola.  Man.  Whoever’s job it is in the Pokemon universe to give names to groups of Pokemon, they BETTER call a group of Corsolas a reef.

My problem is I never healed I just kept going

“It’s been quite a bit of time since we were last able to chat like this, Champion. Don’t sweat it, I get it, duty calls.” Nessa doesn’t bother to tailor the fondness in her voice, delighted to see an old, yet familiar, face. Having down time for her to truly engage with her company felt like it was few and far between. She was certain the same could be said for Galar's Champion. She lightly waves her hand off in the air before giving a tilt of her head, hair giving an airy sway with her movements.

“How have you been? How’s your team doing? How’s Oswald doing? He’s not one of my weepy little Sobbles anymore...Now he's a mighty Champion's companion. I still let everyone know that I knew him before he was cool.”

“...W-Wha?” The sudden acknowledgement had Nessa’s head pop up from the glass pane she had been deeply gazing into. After a long streak of wins and losses at the stadium this week, she surely deserved a day to sneak out for some tried and true retail therapy. What she hadn’t planned for, however, was to run into the Steven Stone. Of course—while dressed down in one of her more casual outfits. There’s a silence as she stares at him in short disbelief.   

“Steven,” Nessa’s glad to hear herself finally vocalize a response… hoping two seconds after that it hadn’t left her lips too breathlessly. Her moments to be star-struck came few and far between, but she felt it was important to treat any colleagues ( yes even her own idols ) no differently than anyone else. 

Tugging down the brim of her hat for a shot of confidence, she shoves the remainder of her embarrassment out with a tiny huff. A bright smile follows, excited for the privilege to welcome anyone to her little town. “Ah, yes, I am. You’ve picked me out. I usually dress differently to throw off my fans on my off days, but I had no idea your sharp eyes would be wandering into town. Welcome to Hulbury.” Nessa laughs, touching her hands together nodding with her greeting. She gets a thought to press further, hoping to make him feel more at ease. “I hope there’s not too much water here for you.”
