A write-up on the etymology and social construct of CUNT
Im reading a book and this shit has me going INSANE. Here's a short essay about CUNT.
The word cunt has always meant cunt. The cu sound is associated femininely, for example, cow and queen. People theorize that the sound cu (and related ken) can be attributed to having knowledge rather than sneakiness, and you can see this with words like cognition. In the middle ages quaint, meant both knowledge AND cunt.
Cunt is the oldest word for vulva or vagina in the english language. Vagina, the Latin word literally means sheath or scabbard. Vagina is attributed to an object that serves something else while cunt has always been its own concept.
Now, the FUNCTION of cunt is fascinating. In the first century some lame ass doctor decided that the clit was an obscene, useless protrusion and if it was too big it was unsightly, ugly, and masculine. Leave it to some guy to decide for everyone that something that all women have is ugly because it is "useless" beyond pleasure. To keep a woman subjugated meant to keep her cunt shut tight, and her clit better be “correct” otherwise she’s a bad, morally repugnant woman. A protruding aroused clit meant you were a greedy thing, something that could easily become a warring masculine concept.
The greeks often called the clit a nymph. (Nymphs being hidden, secretive beings who are sexual in nature and understood to be dangerous. Lovely, wet things that would kill you if they could. The clit hides in a hood similarly to the way a nymph bride hides behind her veil.) In these times, to pleasure a woman via her clit was seen as distasteful and wrong. People thought that if you touched a woman’s clit, it might grow big and hard like a cock, and then women would want to fuck each other like men, eventually rendering men obsolete. Therefore, female pleasure and bodily exploration were for bad, immoral people who were too busy with pleasure to consider the consequences of moral depravity.
Female bodies were meant to serve one purpose and that purpose was certainly not bodily pleasure. Female pleasure was so alarming that it made insecure men genuinely afraid that it would bring the end of the human race. Interestingly, contempt is another of cunt's offspring. In this period, pleasure is anti-knowledge, pleasure is for the unenlightened. Without morality, we’re animals and therefore we need to fear our animal bodies to push society toward further enlightenment.
In plays by Aristophanes (446-346 bc), a character was introduced as a villain, but he was also described to be the inventor of oral sex. He invented a brand new vice of polluting his tongue with ~abominable pleasures~. This character is a real origin for what you might consider cunning.
Cunning, meaning to know, cunning meaning cunt.
Now, lets bring in the birth of puritanical horse shit and further nonsense. In these medieval times, a curse word meant a literal curse. To say god damn it was shocking while cunt was just cunt.
Once you bring the concept of God into language, everything changes. By the 17th century, cunt became just as shocking as a literal curse. You begin to see the idea of moral folly and temptation to mean pleasure. People feared the cunning, silver-tongued devil who charms you with promises of worldly pleasures in exchange for giving up your mortal soul and moral compass.
Now, your inherent goodness as a human being is attached to the abstinence of pleasure. As a woman, your purpose is to child rear and to serve god. God is the only being who can give you pleasure, women are made perfect through loyal servitude, your pleasure is his, not yours. But, as the greeks feared, a woman can pleasure herself into masculinity, so what keeps her from godhood?
In 1653 an anatomist (Thomas Bartholin) bestowed a brand new name to the clit, "contemptus viorum" meaning “the contempt of mankind.” With this new way of understanding what's between a woman’s legs, cunt, knowledge, and all that it offers— cunt becomes some form of horror. To curiously ask god about your own body, to touch something holy, set aside for god's purposes is a sin.
Cunt in this century is literally the undoing of humanity. We suffer because of a woman's original sin. The vessel created for her cunt is damned because of it. Is this another instance of contempt? Is contradiction born from cunt as well? Damnation is kenneled in your cunt, but history refuses to tell you why.
The witch, a centuries-old concept has now put on a more biblical disguise. She’s a horrid thing who wants nothing more than to destroy all that is good and holy. Stories make a point to mention that she might be marked by the devil to symbolize his ownership. But what ownership does he have if he was the being who was said to sup from the witch's teat in the guise of her familiar? Is he not pleasuring her in this manner? Is this not an exchange? He feeds from her ugliness, her greed to know herself. He sucks the useless protrusion of her body in the form of childless teat, clit or cunt.
Often, stories mention that this ugly, unholy mark only manifests in a secret place. A hidden place. A good woman would keep her virtue hidden while a cunt might spread her legs and display mankind's folly in the shape of her clit. If left undiscovered, the witch, the cunt would consume you because it is in their nature to conquer. A woman who knows her clit as a vessel of pleasure is something wrong. She's s something other than what was decided for her and existing beyond men's decisions brands her damnably as a cunt.
Sometimes, the devil’s mark is described to be a hideous thing. It's a wound, it's an embarrassment, it's a horror. It’s something that should never be seen by god-fearing men, lest they be tempted by curiosity, lest they be unmade and rendered obsolete by these contemptible, corrupting cunts.

Random horror movie facts that I enjoy and find interesting:
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre was deemed "too graphic and disturbing" during the time of release that it was banned in several countries including the UK shortly after it's initial release.
Additionally, upon its initial release, Andrzej Zulawski's Possession was also met with an onslaught of mixed or negative reviews. After its short-lived limited release in the UK, the film was promptly banned and labeled as one of the notorious “video nasties.”
Evil Dead Rise (2023) used 1,700 gallons of fake, movie, blood and Evil Dead (2013) used around 50 to 70 thousand gallons of it throughout the entire movie.
Linda Blair, who played 13-year-old Reagan MacNeil in The Exorcist, fractured her spine during the scene where she was thrashing around and screaming in bed. The scene is still in the movie because the cast and crew thought she was just acting.
As Above, So Below was shot in the actual Paris Catacombs. The bones and skulls in the movie were real. You can find the locations / coordinates here.
Friday the 13th only exists because the creator, Sean Cunningham, wanted to mimic the success of Halloween (1978). It had a cheap budget, no working title, and a script made in under 2 weeks.
Michael Myers' mask was nothing special. Originally, it was a Captain Kirk mask purchased for $1.75 and tinkered to be creepier for the film.
Alex Wolff, who played Peter in Ari Aster's Hereditary, offered to break his own nose for the desk scene in the movie.
Tony Todd had live bees in his mouth during the filming of Candyman (1992). The bees had stung him 23 times during the course of filming and he got paid an extra $1,000 for every sting.
1982's Poltergeist featured real skeletons in the pool scene. JoBeth Williams had no idea until after.
There's an alternate ending to the movie Get Out. It was scraped because Peele thought the audience was owed some relief.
Every syringe from the Saw "Needle Pit Scene" were real. Crew had to take the needles out of 120,000 syringes over the course of a week to ensure safety. Accidentally, however, some syringes with real needles fell in, so they had to halt production to fish them out before filming.
The entire sky in Nope is a digital recreation. Animators were able to lay out the sky and simulate each cloud (and their movements) based on actual altitudes and wind speeds. The digital creations were then infused to match the sunlight and lighting of the location imagery.
