whats the origin story of you liking and wanting to draw raccoons?

hahaha "origin story" is a funny way to ask it

um, the basis of it all is that my fursona is a raccoon, so I obviously draw them a lot which means I can now whip out a raccoon in a couple minutes which is really useful if you're trying to do a daily blog without burning out quickly

I also just think they're neat little guys who are so shaped and have funny little hands they shouldn't

as for why I started this blog, I was mostly inspired by @onewolfaday . I wanted to give myself a similar challenge and force myself to draw at least *one thing* every day so I could keep up my momentum (I tend to go long periods of time without drawing otherwise ^^;)

it's also just a good way to stretch my creativity muscles by having to come up with a different raccoon every day!

#umm that's it !!!#tbc the raccoons on the blog have on average taken me about 30 mins #bc i put a little more effort into them w a sketch and everything #but my focus has been a lot about speed and efficiency & improving on those #i want to be able to draw FASTER and BETTER #ty for the question!! :3 #not a raccoon #gpyurple
