...Anyway, I created a Userstyle for the Chrome/Firefox Stylus Extension that reverts the new dashboard to the old format. This took a lot of tweaking and it's not perfect at all, but if anyone wants it I'll be uploading it soonish now!
You need to have Stylus installed. So if you don't have it:
Install the Stylus Firefox Addon or the Chrome Extension (You can install Chrome Extensions on Edge as well)
Once it's installed into Firefox/Chrome/Edge you can proceed with adding this style or any other.
To add the style, follow the instructions:
Go to this link: https://userstyles.world/style/11286/old-tumblr-dashboard-july-2023
Click on "install".
Style will open a tag with it and in the left side you'll have a button that says "install style", click there.

If you don't want the sticky header you can remove the labelled script at the top of the css below /* Sticky Header*/

To update click the Manage button on Stylus and click the check for update button below then click again to install! If you experience any bugs let me know - feel free to edit it yourself as well!

Known issues:
The search bar moves out of place on bigger monitors when not using the sticky header. You can adjust its position yourself under "/*Moves the search bar*/" by changing the "Left" numbers. I can't think of a way around that just yet without adjusting it yourself!
Search bar doesn't appear on some pages (like viewing a post), this is because Tumblr removed the search bar on those pages completely. Unfixable!
Only two columns in Masonry view. Unfixable, I can't figure out how to add another column in smaller screens. Tumblr creates columns based on monitor size, if I try adding another column (because it doesn't exist) it just perpetually loads on screen.
Tumblr has ONCE AGAIN CHANGED THE ACCOUNTS MENU. The menus are now shorter and have less information on them. This is unfortunately permanent. I do not see any way to fix this. Unfixable.
Solved issues: (Update)
Menus need to be manually closed SOLVED! in V.4 and updated in V.5! The menu & icon WILL scroll with you if you have removed the sticky header CSS, however, clicking anywhere on screen will make the Menu disappear still.
DISCLAIMER: If you remove any of the header icons with Ublock the Account or Settings icon will disappear off screen or overlap with other icons. This is just cosmetic and the menus will still close - see option 4 for a solution to this problem!
Masonry view in searches is now fixed!
Removed Xkits new text for xkit users (update)
Added a new guide to make moving the Settings and Accounts buttons easier if you remove icons with Ublock.
Example: /*If there are none icons on the right (of the settings icon), right: 120px;*/
Now you don't have to fiddle around moving the icons yourself, you can just choose the number value that works for you! Ctrl-F Search for Accounts Icon or Settings Icon in the code to find this!
Resized Messenger Chat Box!
NEW UPDATE 16/08/23, 23:55 BST v6.5: Figured out how to reorganise the icons in the header. Let me know if you have any problems with it and make sure to update your Userstyle! Some icons are hidden with Display: Block; you can hide more icons with this method!

Brought back SOME of the icons for Tumblrs latest update - Unfortunately, this does not bring back user icons for Reblogged posts! Make sure to yell at Tumblr for removing the icons as well as the horrible dashboard update here!
v7.5 Fixed icons for all posts and put them back where they came from!
v6.9.6.9 (I promise this is the last funny number): Fuck Off Buggy The Clown Update + All languages support for the old header design!
v7.0: Fixed the search bar for tumblrs new collections feature, so it looks like the original search bar!

V8.1: Fixed issue with icons not working on soft-refresh & with endless scrolling disabled - be sure to complain to staff!

Qrow looks alarmed for a split second, wondering what the doctors had told her, but the look fades quickly.
"You won't be dying anytime soon, you're safe now."
He hesitates. He doesn't want to tell her that Yang and Ruby, and even Tai don't know she's back yet. He had kept it to himself, wanting to see if she would even make it before telling them, thinking it cruel to give them Summer back just for her to die again.
"Yang and Ruby are safe, they're with Taiyang." Qrow hopes they're with Tai.

He was pacing back and forth, hunched over the tiniest bit with his hands curled into fists in his pockets. He hadn't called Tai, or his nieces yet to tell them that Summer was alive, he needed to know she would make it before he told them she was found in the Evernight Castle.
Qrow had thought she was dead when he first found her, but then he saw the tiniest puffs of breath from her mouth and had rushed her out of there, abandoning his mission to get her to safety.
Now he was forced to wait in a waiting room, terrified she would die.

Qrow nods, looking a bit serious. He supposes this was the best team to discuss differences and those with ill intent and malice.
"Then, you'll want to know about Salem, she's our biggeest threat at the moment, her group, her Grimm, their stealing of Dust. If Quartz can be harvested like Dust, which I assume it can be by the name alone, you'll want to guard anyone dealing with it and any stores of it."
It wasn't like they knew everything about Salem, but having Oscar there would be helpful to fill in any holes he couldn't answer.
"We... may want to discuss the Schnee Dust Company as well. They may not be coming with ill intent but they will take advantage of the fact that they could harvest your Quartz to boost sales." Qrow shoots an apologetic glance at Weiss.

"It's okay, I'm not going anywhere." He wishes the chair was closer, that he could reach it, but not only can he not reach it, there are cords running all over the floor preventing him from pulling it closer.
Qrow glances at the call button for the nurse, wondering if they can up the pain medication they have her on.
He sees the flash, and for a moment wonders if she can still use her eyes, but the thought fades at the sight of her tears.
"Don't cry." He murmurs, leaning as close as he can get, gently reaching up to wipe them away as the begin to drip down her cheeks.

Qrow manages a weak smile, leaning in to make sure she doesn't pull anything loose, face leaning into her touch.
"I'm here." He whispers, studying her face. He wasn't a doctor, and he was bad at medical talk, but he knew she didn't look good.
"How are you feeling?" Qrow keeps his voice quiet, eyes on her. He isn't sure if she has any damage to her hearing, but he imagines even with the pain medicine they have her on, it'd be easy to become overstimulated with all the machines and bright lights. He doesn't want to add to that.

Qrow's stomach drops, and he has to look away from Summer for the moment of blinding white light, but doesn't close his eyes.
"Yeah, it should." He murmurs, watching ashes settle on the ground where the Grimm had stood. Even now, years into knowing her eyes held power in them, he was still always surprised by it when she used them.
"Do I need to carry you?" He assumes he does, her legs practically gave out under her and he was already all but carrying her, his grip having tightened when she turned her head towards the beast.
Qrow was willing to carry her, there was very little he wouldn't do for Summer.
"We'll reach the tower." Qrow mutters, trying to support her more to move them faster. He wishes he knew where his sister was. He had been against splitting up in any way, but was wishing Raven had gone with Summer right now, her portals would've been handy at preventing Summer from getting injured.
He eyes the back of a medium sized beowolf that has it's back to them quite far down a road as they begin to cross it, it's feasting on something and he can only hope it isn't one of his teammates.
Qrow quietly tells Summer not to make any noise as the make slow progress towards the tower, praying to whatever God is listening to them that it won't turn, it won't hear them and they'll pass it safely.
"Almost there... Less than 50 yards." He murmurs.

"You..." His voice wavers and breaks away as he watches her.
Part of him can see Summer in her, so tired and broken, just wanting to go home to the girls and stop fighting, stop going on missions, but constantly being told by him and Ozpin that they have to continue, that her eyes are too strong for her to stop fighting.
He clears his throat, having to look away from her. She looks so weak and frail in front of him now, speaking about a dead relationship, about her past with Ozpin, that it makes him pity her.
"You haven't given me a reason to trust you. You work with those creatures, you've attacked innocents, schools with children, killed people who are in the dark about all of this. Killed Maidens who are still learning about themselves, about their powers. Give me... Give me a reason to trust you."
"I'm not leaving without my kids." Qrow murmurs. "So as long as they are here, I'm here."
He considers saying he won't leave without Summer either, but he doubts Summer would come back with him even if he did ask her to do so. He's positive she won't.
Qrow knows he'll likely tell Ozpin about this, every little bit, and he'll demand real answers from him, he won't accept 'she lied' as an answer. Not this time.
"and until they decide we're leaving, because I doubt you'll just let me take them go right now, you get to explain everything to me and tell me why I should believe a word out of your mouth. What happened between the two of you?"

Qrow is hesitant to actually step foot in the room, worried his bad luck will be the final nail in the coffin for Summer, even after they tried so hard to keep her alive and stabilize her, but does find himself moving towards her bed.
He feels sick looking at her, so frail and hooked to so many ivs and machines, the only things insuring she would survive right now. Qrow is careful to not nudge or move anything as he stands next to her bed, looking down at her.
"Hey, Summer." He murmurs, watching her face closely. They had warned him that she was under the effects of quite a bit of medications, and that she may not be able to see him properly.

Qrow knew Ozpin and Salem had history, had figured out it was a romantic one himself, but to think she had kept so many secrets from Ozpin.. it almost sickened him. But then, hadn't Summer done the same thing by hiding here? Pretending to be dead this whole time?
He turns his head away, remaining silent as he processes the information she's giving, trying to make sense of it all. Ozpin wouldn't lie to him, would they? They trusted each other.
"I don't understand what you're getting at."
What was with these two and never just stating the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? It annoys him. It was like discussing things with a politician in Atlas.

Qrow takes a seat, still looking at Rosanne out of the corner of his eye. With her red cape, she looked a lot like Ruby, but looking at her closer, the resemblance wasn't that close. Still, he could see why he thought she was Ruby at first glance.
"So, what's this alliance gonna consist of? Men? Supplies? I assume trading of information on creatures and people to insure everyone and everything ends back where it belongs."
When they had said they'd be meeting one of the monarchs, Qrow hadn't really believed them, queens and kings weren't exactly a thing anymore for them, governors were more common, city councils, the works.
He does a double take when Rosanne enters the room, mouth parting to ask how and why Ruby was over there, but he quickly registers that this isn't his niece walking alongside who he assumes to be the queen.
"Gotta admit, this trip was slightly sprung on me, and I didn't listen to the briefing very well."
