Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients:
• ½ cup brown sugar (100g)
• Granulated sugar 1/3 Cup (70g)
• ½ cup melted butter (110g)
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
• 1 and ½ cups all-purpose flour (190g)
• 4oz dark chocolate chunks (115g)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, butter and egg.
2. In another bowl whisk flour, baking powder and vanilla powder.
3. Sift in the flour mixture, fold it with the spatula.
4. Add chocolate chunks and gently fold them in.
5. Place the dough onto a parchment paper using an ice-cream scoop.
6. Leave some space between the cookies.
7. Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 359°F (180°C)
8. Cool before serving
