I'm cautiously excited about this article.
While it still uses ambiguous language ("should" be returning and not "are returning"), I do notice that they aren't giving credence to the rumours by not mentioning it at all.
I think it's worth noting that it's Vogue magazine. They don't have to resort to click bait headlines or exploit a harassment campaign in order to get views. They don't have to rely on gullible, mean spirited people who want to lash out in impotent rage.
They can simply report on the facts they do have. It's acknowledging that by most available public and unbiased information, the cast (including Percy) should be returning for Season 2.
