“Don’t stop.”

Another night on the couch before bed, binge watching another show together. This week is following the adventures of Mulder and Scully from the beginning.

The theme song kicks in as the next episode starts. You hum along as your hands bury into Eddie’s freshly washed curls, untangling them and lazily twirling each individual curl around your finger.

Eddie lays comfortably between your legs that have since wrapped loosely around his lower back. His head rests on your tummy as he purrs from your fingers’ work, melting into a pile of goo.

Your fingers pause for a moment to pull the knitted blanket from the back of the couch and onto Eddie. He mumbles those words, reaching aimlessly for your hand in his half awake state, desperate for your lulling touch.

“What’s the matter, sweetness?”

Your fingers move the outgrown bangs from his eyes, a reminder that you need to trim them. Eddie’s sleepy face now tilted up toward you, eyes fluttering as they fight to stay open and those full lips pouting, begging to be bitten.

“Don’t stop.”

With a smile, your hands find their way back into the dark strands. A sigh instantly leaving his body as he squeezes his arms around you, rubbing his face into the soft fabric of your pajama top.

You hear a muffled ‘thank you’ before he drifts off, snoring quietly while wrapped in your embrace.

Steve and Eddies romantic moments but they're all a little silly in a way that somehow works. Their first kiss is almost ruined bc Eddie immediately pulls back and asks "are you wearing lipgloss? What flavor is that, cherry?" But it works out bc he keeps kissing Steve in an attempt to guess the flavor right.

Secret ballet dancer Steve who had to quit bc of the s1 concussion, but once they've defeated Vecna? He starts practicing again, moving all the furniture in the living room aside, generally just trying to get his body used to dancing like that again.

Eddie stumbling in on him practicing one day and just. Stunned. Amazed. Mind blown. Can't stop saying shit like "you were just... woah." Following him around and asking him how long he's been dancing, how did he get so good and "what do you mean you're out of practice, that was amazing, I can't even fathom the talent-"

I do declare that more cuddles are necessary

eddie is the type of guy who takes any opportunity to kiss you. you’re helping him clean up after hellfire and as he passes by he leans down and places a kiss at the base of your neck before he resumes cleaning up. he peppers your face with soft morning kisses and slow reverent ones at night. forehead kisses after sex. he’s laying on your stomach while you read in bed and he’ll occasionally place a kiss onto your skin. kisses on your hand at a red light. he’ll make a show of grabbing your hand as you hop out of his van and kiss the back of your hand. when he walks by you at school he’ll quickly stoop down to kiss your cheek and keep walking as you turn and watch him walk away. kisses to your ankle as he takes off your shoes after you’ve had a long day. him wrapping his arms around you from behind when you least expect it and kissing the edge of your shoulder. kisses to your temple as you both sit together watching tv. him leaning over you from behind while your sitting to place a kiss on your forehead, his hair falling down temporarily blocking your view. whenever you’re hugging, he loves to kiss the top of your head. when you’re holding hands he likes to bring the back of your hand to his lips. whenever you’re caressing his face he tilts his head to kiss the inside of your wrist and the inside of your palm. when you’re sleeping he places a quick kiss on your hipbone as he climbs into bed with you. he’d definitely do the hand to shoulder kisses like gomez addams.
