FRIENDLY REMINDER
Stop harassing “wannarexics” because they're “romanticising” an eating disorder. Literally, no one thinks to their selves, “hey you know what would be a good idea, starving myself and exercising till I faint” without already having disordered perception so stop acting like they’re neurotypicals just wanting to lose weight, they are literally just in the early stages of an eating disorder you morons

NEW RECIPES YALL...
Alright guys today I’m coming at you with three recipes. One is for a HUGE wrap and you think I’m kidding BUT let me tell you this lavash wrap is 17 inches long and 120 calories for the whole thing. Okay let’s get right into it
🌸The first recipe we have is for a wrap. It’s 254 calories for the whole thing and is extremely extremely good for you, filled jog and it’s massive. Here’s what you’ll need.
1 Joseph Lavash wrap (they are literally 17 inches long and 120 calories)
1/5 block of extra firm tofu (80 calories)
1 cup of pepper and onion blend (20 calories)
1/2 cup of mushrooms (15 calories)
2 cups of spinach (14 calories)
1 jalapeño chopped finely (0-5 calories depending on the brand)
Varies spices, that’s really whatever you like I used garlic, lemon, turmeric, salt and pepper.
Start by wrapping your tofu in a clean towel and placing a heavy skillet on it to drain it. Take another skillet, and set it on the stove with medium heat and spray it with a bit of vegetable oil spray (0calories). Fill it with the peppers the mushrooms and the spinach and jalapeño and start to cook those and season properly to your taste. Then take the drained tofu and crumble it in and season it more. Once everything is cooked, take the wrap and place all that goodness in the center and wrap it up tightly. It is truly massive. Take the end that is meant to be sealed and set it on the skillet until completely sealed and golden brown. Place on a plate and enjoy!
🌸Next we have a personal pizza, which in total is 170 calories.
Ingredients:
1 Lavash Pita Joseph’s Brand (60 calories)
1/4 cup of Daiya cheese (90 calories)
1/4 of hunts tomato sauce (20 calories)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take the pita and measure out the tomato sauce and cheese onto it. Then place on a baking sheet and cook 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown to your liking.
🌸The third recipe is pita chips. This is 120 calories and you can make quite a few chips
You’ll need: 1 lavash wrap the Joseph’s brand
1 spray of vegetable oil on top of the bread.
(0 calories)
A sauce of your choice (salsa, guacamole, hummus, or none if you prefer, but it will add extra calories if you choose any option other than none.)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Cut up the bread into small triangle
Or square shapes and place them in the baking sheet and lightly spray vegetable
Oil on them. Put them into the oven until a preferred texture. For me that’s about 15-20 minutes but it will vary for you. Take them out and let them cool. Once cooked serve alone or with sauce/dip.

Wake up and open your curtains. Your windows too.
Drink some tea or coffee, whatever pleases you. Notice every sip.
Have some fresh fruit and finish breakfast feeling full.
Stand outside and feel the air. Cool or warm, it will make you feel real.
Get some exercise. Yoga to soothe, running to breathe, lifting for strength.
Take care of your body. Have a nice shower and pamper as much as you want afterward.
If you’re going to work, remember you have the chance to make anyone’s day or to ruin it. Act accordingly.
Weed out the bad language. It’s only creating tension in your body and mind. Kind words are infinitely more appreciated.
Take some time each day to improve your mind. Keep reading that great book. Listen to an incredible piece of music. Practice an instrument or a skill. The progress is its own reward.
Pictures will help you remember how wonderful life is. But spend less time on your phone and more time seeing the world face to face.
Go to sleep knowing that you have done well. Tomorrow is there with room to become even better.
-Notes to myself on how to become a better person this summer.
