Pentababies - Pentagon in Kindergarten
Jinho:
Smol baby
Doesn’t reach things on the top of the shelves but refuses to ask for help
Uses the toys to build a stepladder-like thing or just climbs up, doesn’t get discouraged when he falls down but stops to cry for a while
Loudly sings children songs all the time and teaches the others said songs
Actually, there is a designated time when everyone gathers around him and all the kids are singing
You’re a little jealous of him because the kids listen to him more than they do to you
There’s this one teddy bear that’s bigger than him and he claimed it as his best friend
Is a good boy and eats everything but a look at his face tells the utter disgust he feels while chewing that broccoli and sometimes you just pity him and give him extra snacks after lunch
But also, he steals food from the others when they’re not looking
Hides stolen food and snacks in his pockets and eats them alone when nobody is looking
If someone tries to steal his food, he will bite their hands

Uni Cafe Schedule
I have promised to post this series when Yanan is back, so here it is ^^
coffee shop au
university au
[7-10am] morning shift
Jo Jinho:
Major: music
Favorite coffee: long black
Task and working style: the responsible oldest who opens the shop with Wooseok. Since there’s not too many people this early, he can just chill and study for his classes. Very stressed because he’s graduating soon. Nice and polite.
Jung Wooseok:
Major: veterinary
Favorite coffee: latte
Task and working style: he was forced to be here, he just wants to sleep. Sometimes messes up orders because he’s always tired but he’s cute even if he seems a bit gruff at times. Even though he keeps complaining, he does his job diligently.
[10am-1pm] lunch shift
Yeo Changgu:
Major: drama
Favorite coffee: mocha
Task and working style: handles the busiest time, the perfect man for the job #1. Flirts with his customers and writes his numbers on the cup of the girls he wants to hook up with. Nobody called him back yet.
Yang Hongseok:
Major: athletic trainer
Favorite coffee: caramel macchiato
Task and working style: handles the busiest time, the perfect man for the job #2. Flirts with his customers and is the master of coffee related puns. Occasionally gives lectures about the different types of coffees.
[1-4pm] chill afternoon shift
(Kim) Yan An:
Major: Korean language
Favorite coffee: vanilla latte
Task and working style: chill time because every normal person takes classes at this time. Bored out of his mind. Eats all the marshmallows and serves himself vanilla lattes every hour. Good at his job because he’s learnt it by making it for himself all the time.
Adachi Yuto:
Major: Korean language
Favorite coffee: iced americano
Task and working style: chill time because every normal person takes classes at this time. Actually works hard, he has to because Yanan is not much help to be honest.
[4-7pm] busy afternoon shift
Kang Hyunggu (Kino):
Major: dance
Favorite coffee: cappukino
Task and working style: okay at the job. Smile sweeter than the sweetest thing they sell. A pro at selling because nobody can say no to him. Dances around to his own background music when he has nothing to do.
Ko Shinwon:
Major: model
Favorite coffee: affogato
Task and working style: a professional. Has a fanclub and that group is always there to watch him but as long as they spend money, it’s okay. A bit clumsy but his coffee is the best!
[7-10pm] night shift
Lee Hwitaek (Hui):
Major: composition
Favorite coffee: espresso
Task and working style: he never sleeps so he’s the perfect for this shift. Kind of turned the cafe into a night club with Hyojong. Honestly, a mess but has a mood different from the day and people like it a lot. Both of their coffees taste like shit but the people go for their performances anyways.

I love you guys so much thank you for all youre writings 💝 i was wondering if i could request a scenario of how the boys would react to you looking after them when theyre sick 💝
Jinho:
He's a grumpy old man when sick.
Says you don’t have to look after him but he would be so salty if you didn’t take care of him while he’s sick.
Otherwise he listens to you well, stays put and takes his medicines.
It’s difficult to communicate with him because the sickness makes him grumpy so it’s better to just let him rest it out.
Hui:
Only God can tell for how long he has been sick by the time you noticed it.
Still insists that he isn’t sick even though he can’t stop sneezing and coughing.
You have to physically drag him to bed or bait him with something or else he just won’t take a break.
Feels a bit uneasy from just laying down and doing nothing but if you hold his hand, he will eventually fall asleep and sleep for 20 hours straight.
Hongseok:
Is perfectly capable of taking care of himself but if he has you, he’s going to take advantage of that.
Gives you clear instructions on what he needs and where you can find what.
Pretends that he feels worse than he actually does so you take pity on him.
Very thankful because he has fun even while sick instead of being alone.
Shinwon:
Cannot accept that he’s sick, he’s never ever sick!
Coughs once and acts like he’s on his deathbed.
Lies down and keeps complaining about pain and gets angry about his traitorous immune system.
Begs you not to leave him alone while he’s suffering.
Yeo One:
Smiles through the fever.
Keeps asking how you are and how your day was instead.
Worries that you will catch the cold if you’re around him too much.
It’s the only reason he tries to reject you taking care of him but otherwise, he quite likes that you’re there for him.
Yanan:
Sleeps a lot.
Basically sleeps through most of the time when he’s sick which is probably for the best.
His general mood is not too good and he doesn’t feel like doing anything or talking at all.
May or may not fights you when it’s time to take medicine but doesn’t have much energy to resist.
Yuto:
Takes his medicines and goes back to work.
Actually listens to you when you scold him and goes to bed.
Offers to help you cook soup (for himself) and you have to tuck him in again.
Has an internal struggle because he wants you there but also doesn’t want you to catch his cold.
Kino:
Says a cold is not a big deal until it gets worse.
Sensitive™ very whiny and fusses about everything.
He doesn’t care, he WILL cuddle you or else he can’t fall asleep peacefully.
Will apologize the next day when you start coughing, though.
Wooseok:
Hates the feeling of having a runny nose.
Loves it that you’re there to take care of him and let’s you know.
Hates taking medicine but will take them for you.
Says that you don’t have to stay with him but mutters your name in his sleep.

Yanan + jealousy? 🥺🥺🥺
Yanan was glaring. In fact, he had been glaring for the a half an hour. Just how much time do you need to discuss that project with your study partner. Couldn’t you just excuse yourself somehow? Your boyfriend was waiting. Not to mention the gaze in that person was not too reassuring, they were surely intending to make moves on you. You didn’t even notice it, though, you were too focused on the project’s details.
“Sorry, it took us a bit longer than expected,” your voice put out the burning fire of jealousy in his heart.
“I’ve been waiting for ages,” he grumbled with something similar to a pout on his lips. You smiled, biting back a chuckle at his sulking.
Taking his hand, you rubbed your thumb against the back of his hand to soothe him, saying, “Then should we go to the cafe now? I’ll buy you their new cake as thanks for waiting for me.”
You watched in satisfaction as his eyes lit up and you stood up to leave, easily following you along.

wooseok + blanket please 🥺🥰
With only one blanket on the bed, a fight was bound to erupt. Somehow that one blanket was way too small and it couldn’t cover the two of you sitting beside each other. And without wrapped in a warm blanket, there was no way to enjoy a movie. A small tug-of-war occurred between you and your boyfriend before Wooseok finally had enough and simply lifted up.
“Hey!” you exclaimed indignantly.
Wooseok simply rolled his eyes as he sat you down on his lap and after he pulled the blanket over the two of you, he made sure to stick close to you and hold you tight in his embrace.
“Better?” he asked with a grin and you couldn’t stop your cheeks from heating up as you nodded.

Changgu slowly tracked back when he noticed that you haven’t followed him. A soft smile tugged at his lips when he saw you looking at the beautiful rings displayed. He circled his arms around you from behind you and rested his chin on your shoulder, joining you in looking at the various rings.
“Is there one you like?” he asked and you shook your head no.
“They’re too expensive.”
“It’s fine, your birthday is soon. I can buy you a gift.”
“My birthday is 3 months later?”
“Shush, just tell me which one do you like,” he said, sealing all words of refusal with a kiss.

What you didn’t expect was that your surprise would backfire you and instead of a guess, you heard Shinwon’s scream, alerting the entire McDonald’s.
“It’s me, it’s just me, calm down,” you laughed, massaging his shoulders and kissing his cheek in apology.

it comes as of no surprise at this point but since neither admins are active currently, it’s better to officially announce a hiatus instead of letting you all waiting for nothing.
i, admin anna, am really sorry. i have so much pentagon fics and a few requests i want to write and share with you all but i really can’t bring myself to touch any of them without crying and it’s how it has been for months now. i would love to bring comfort to universes through my writing but i’m afraid i can’t do that anymore. for a while, at least.

Grey ✰ Jinho
happy birthday, jinho!! (200417)
Grey was such a boring color. You could hear the voice of your parents and your relatives nagging you to wear something colorful but you never listened to them. You preferred your grey but still pretty clothes and hoodies over something fancy and you were never a fan of being in the center of attention either. Maybe it was also the reason why your heart brought you to your boyfriend who gave you the same sense of maturity and the same kind of reliable feeling.
Some would say that the color grey was depressive and very neutral compared to other colors and there was a time when you agreed. However, there was just one little thing that you hadn’t realized – and felt like many people usually don’t realize – when thinking of the color. It only changed after you had met Jinho.
At first glance, everything about him looks average. Not too tall, looks like everyone else, a polite guy just going about his day. After spending some time with him and seeing him on stage, were you just able to see his true color, the upside of the grey and another color hiding inside of him.
What happens when you add some glitter to grey? It becomes silver. A simple, boring color becoming one of the most valuable treasures, making everyone yearn for it and making it stand out. It was like Jinho on stage. No. It was Jinho when singing. You could definitely feel it as you listened to him sing for you in his studio room, his voice so beautiful and so unique that you could never get tired of it. He was shining even now and he was shining even more when he was standing on a stage.
He wasn’t completely silver, though. That would have meant that he was always shining and while in your eyes, it might have been so, he was a lot more complex than that. He was grey. But the kind of grey that changed its look depending on the amount and the angle of the light shining upon it. He was still your reliable, simple boyfriend that never failed to make you feel safe and at the same time, he was the silver glowing brightly on stage for everyone to bask in his light.

Blue ✰ Yeo One
Blue, a color of freedom and tranquility. It’s the color of the sky and the water and induces calm feelings. If there was a human born to represent this color, that would be named Yeo Changgu without a doubt. People may have some of the qualities blue is associated with but Changgu is the color itself. You wouldn’t be exaggerating if you said that the sky is blue because of him and that the sunshine reflected on the surface of the crystal clear water is the same as the look in his bright eyes even though his eyes aren’t blue. It just meant that his entire being was the representation of the color blue regardless if his appearance contained some blue shades or not.
It was visible from the way his voice rang so softly but clearly through the dark night, lulling you to sleep whether he was talking about anything or singing a calm melody while running his fingers through your hair. Closing your eyes, the image of a gently flowing river appeared in your mind. The wind made the waves rise occasionally, creating distress but soon enough, the calmness returned to its original pace.
His lips touched your forehead and a smile spread on your face. This time the image turning into the clear blue sky that was only covered by a few fluffy clouds of different shape and size. Each of them could symbolize a memory that you were lucky enough to create together with your boyfriend. Swimming in the happiness of it all, more clouds appeared, covering the blue sky and rain began to fall. You were only scared for a second before realizing that the water of the raindrops was also a representation of Changgu. They were all the times his presence comforted you. His words and touches never failed to clear your mind from the negativity life pressured onto you and when the sun shined again through the clouds, you felt refreshed and full of a newly found strength. That sun was his smile and you wondered how he was able to have nature’s all blessings contained in his being.
Your tired mind started a search for different blue things like the blue rose of love beyond death, the blue butterfly bringing blessings and the blue bird of happiness. How many blue things were in this world? How many things were in this world that represented happiness, calm and a wholesome life? You didn’t know and you weren’t so curious either. You had the one person that had all of it and wouldn’t hesitate to let you bask in it for as long as you loved him. And you loved him more and more with each passing day for the miracle that he was.

Red ✰ Wooseok
According to the Chinese mythology, red symbolizes luck and prosperity. Remembering of this kind of meaning always put a smile on your face as you realized how Wooseok had always worn his red underpants whenever he had an important event or performance before him. Some people would have called this little habit of his childish but it only made him more endearing in your eyes.
You loved how now every time you caught a glance of a little streak red, you immediately felt happy and confident as if nothing bad could ever happen to you now. Even if something bad did happen, you just shrugged it off and looked at the positive side, your overall mood increasing.
It also gave a different meaning to the color red for you instead of the typical association of fire and passion. You smiled at yourself as you continued your walk to the company building. It was a very Wooseok thing, you pondered. Even though he was tall and looked intimidating with a deep voice, he was one of the kindest people you had ever met. He was good at listening to your problems, giving you advice and being your comfort. He was easily affected by the emotions of those he cared about and got hurt easier than expected. Though he was also easy to soothe.
He wasn’t the red of a burning fire, he was the red of luck. He didn’t get his passion from the flames that made him want to work hard for his own sake, he got his passion for wanting to be the strength of others. The confidence he gained from a small superstition gave him a big push to do great things, creating a huge effect on everyone around him.
Reaching the door of the studio, your smile widened when your eyes laid upon your boyfriend, immersed in the lyrics he was writing, carefully putting word after word. With an excited call of his name, you ran over to give him a big hug, squeezing him tightly and resting your head on his chest, covered by the red hoodie that was so familiar to you by now. It gave you the feeling that you would never have any regrets if you follow him and that you have nothing to fear as long as you see him.
