quite frankly i think ive been lying to myself in trying to revive this blog. Polls are fun. I want to run these competitions and have fun w you guys. I'd love to continue spreading positivity about polyamory and sharing silly ships or canon polycules, i think im very lucky that i rarely got hate and most people have been so supportive!

that said, this happened last year as well and eventually led me to stop after the canon showdown, but everytime i make a commitment it gives me a lot of anxiety. Even running a silly for funsies tumblr poll, apparently. I stress myself over something that should be fun. Clearly I need to work on myself a lot more before I can try running a poll blog again.

All this to say, I'm very sorry but I will not be finishing the competition. I probably won't keep running this blog in general. I had made plans to run a rare polyship poll, where I wanted to have a return or tres caballeros, liphiyo and scc, something I mentioned to a few people and I'm sorry I won't keep that promise.

I honestly don't know why this stresses me out so much, but it does, and I have to be more mindful of my wellbeing.

If anyone else wants to take the polyship poll idea feel free to! I also hoped to run a sapphic polyship poll, anyone interested in that idea is welcome to take it as well!

Sorry for doing this, I don't like to leave things unfinished, but I just really don't think I can keep going. Thanks for coming back for one more round, even if that's all we had!

ok im actually a bit embarrassed to ask this cause idk if its gonna come off as needy and cringe but i noticed in round one we had less engagement than we did with last year's polls - so i just wanted to ask, are you guys still interested in this?

we had a lot of votes! i'm not complaining! I kust remember back then there was more propaganda and asks and reblogs, in comparison we got way less engagement in that way and its hard for me to tell if its like. Maybe the poll hype from last year has since died down a bit. Or if people are less interested?

idk if i phrased that well but ig if u could reply or like this post just so ill know ppl are interested that would help a lot.

Vinsmoke Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji

Three quadruplets born with superhuman abilities thanks to their dad being an egotistical jerk. They’ve all had their emotions and sense of morality stripped away, leaving only cocky asshats that regularly beat up others for their own enjoyment. The third quadruplet was born without these abilities, so they constantly attacked and mocked him, bringing him to tears on a near constant basis. When he compliments the cooking of one of their staff while protecting her from having a dish thrown at her face, they later find her and attack her for revenge. They’re never given their comeuppance, save for being tied to some chairs and nearly killed. This does not change their personalities. Most of the blame is put on their father (which makes sense, he sucks), but it cannot be denied that the three of them suck too. Just to a lesser degree.

Nikolai and Vasily Lantsov

Vasily is all around pretty terrible and Nikolai does not like him. Nikolai mentions once that he thinks Vasily tried to poison him when he was twelve. Their dynamic is pretty much Nikolai ripping into him for his horrible decisions and Vasily countering with ‘at least I’m a Lantsov’ because Nikolai’s a bastard. Then Vasily dies

gonna be difficult to run round 2 since im mostly active in the morning, which is like at ungodly hours for americans.... im sorry.... good news is i believe im well enough to do round 2 next week!
