How have I lived so long without it!? #notanad I don't know if it's weird to drink hot coffee when it's so hot outside, I just need the caffeine to be honest. I also don't know if it's weird that I sit inside wearing my sunglasses because it gets super sunny in my kitchen. Ignore the messy background, I have to reorganise Isabelle's toy kitchen every damn day so it looks pretty... She wasn't supposed to play with it, it was supposed to just look cute. 🙈

We escaped to the country today to visit my auntie. Turns out my kid is a right country bumpkin. Also turns out, I'm terrified of sheep. Too much of today was spent in the car and not enough out in the sun, hoping this weather stays so I can enjoy it a bit more tomorrow. The drive was gorgeous though, no traffic and Isabelle slept through most of it. It's all about enjoying the little mundane bits of life isn't it while we're lucky enough to be here and be safe. I'm feeling very thankful today. It's not left my mind all day that some people will be without their loved ones right now and it's made me determined to be positive in every aspect of my life. Yay! I ordered this @maccosmetics lipstick in Velvet Teddy last week and it has finally arrived! Going to spend the morning ploughing through my assignment and then while Isabelle is at nursery, hubby and I are off for a cheeky little lunchtime date to @wearezizzi. Zizzi is amazing as they do the most delicious vegan pizzas that make my heart sing ❤️❤️❤️ Happy Monday!

All we wanted was a quick breakfast before #blogonmsi but the only place nearby is the Hilton where they've made us move tables three times now and seem confused over our request for beans on toast (me) and a sausage sandwich (Beth) Ffs. You ever just can't be arsed to whip up a proper dinner, but you want all the carbs? I'm not gonna lie, this pasta was weird. But good weird. Pasta, sundried tomatoes, garlic, sweet smoked paprika and a tiny dusting of turmeric. Then I stirred through some spinach. In the interests of full disclosure I totally smothered this in ketchup after I took the photo.

I love a woman who can confidently drop the f bomb. @brummymummyof2 Emma is a Facebook force to be reckoned with and one of my favourite YouTubers, go check out her channel. She rocks a dressing gown and loves giant mugs. Finally @thehonestfather. Mark is hilarious. Actually hilarious. He's a walking disaster (I mean that nicely!) and I've never cringed and laughed so hard as I did watching I'm get roasted on Reddit. Check out his YouTube channel to watch a man who apparently looks like a thumb, vlog his life.

Right dairy free or vegan people, if you don't drink cows milk, what do you have in your coffee? I have almond milk at the moment but it makes my coffee a bit watery and weird. Is oat milk any better?! I've heard they do a barista style one... anyone tried it?

Apart from the watches, I only ever buy cheap @primark jewellery because I never end up wearing it. I fiddle with it and find it really uncomfortable. I'm just sorting through my clothes deciding what to keep and what to take to the charity shop and I thought I'd do my accessories too, before I realised I hardly have any so I may as well just leave them alone. We did Isabelle's earlier this evening and we have a whole bag of stuff to get rid of tomorrow. I love getting rid of stuff. Although saying that, I plan on picking a few new summer bits up for us all tomorrow so il probably end up with more stuff overall than I started with 🙈 oh and yes that is an old @birchboxuk box I keep my accessories in. I have loads of them and use them to separate out all of my products. Eye stuff in one, lipsticks in another etc. They're very handy! 💄💅🏻

It's happening, the thing I read about, worried about and thought we had avoided. Do I I remember me saying that hand, foot and mouth can make you lose your fingernails?! LOOK AT HER NAIL 😩My poor baba. It's been weeks since we were poorly, does that mean mine are next to go?!

After the comments on @thismorning by Gino D'Acampo, I had a little think about my toddlers fussy eating. This thinking turned into writing and what I'm trying to say is that there's a new blog post up. I'd love any fussy eater tips if you have them?! It's driving me insane! I'd love to see Gino come and cook a meal my three year old would eat 😂🙈 #fussyeating

Danger nap alert! She's such a sweaty sleeper. Her head smells really sour 😳 I had to wash her pillows yesterday because they smelled so bad. Not just her pillowcases, her actual pillows. Every morning her head and pillows are drenched.

Today is mainly going to be about puddle jumping. I need to get some fresh air I reckon! Mothering is hard this week. I have zero patience and I'm not being particularly friendly if I'm honest. She's being no worse than your average 3 year old, but my god threenagers test you don't they! I think I need a bit of a break, not just a few hours while she's at nursery but a proper not thinking about parenting at all kind of break. I've not had one of those for such a long time. It can be hard being with another person all day with no one else to talk to. But this weekend I'm away in Manchester for the whole weekend and I cannot wait!

I love it when she sits and plays nicely so I can enjoy a hot cuppa ☕️ It's so grey and miserable out today, I can't decide what to do with our day. Softplay seems like the only viable option but I hate it so much 😩
