This is probably just a me thing but when calling out of work employees must call 3 hours before their shift and I'm okay with that--they need to find a suitable replacement for you so it makese sense.

But if they don't need you that day they can call just whenever before it.

Now this doesn't effect me personally as I have just a short 8 minute walk and can use the exercise, but it made me concerned about the people who might live anywhere from a 20-30 minute drive because at my last job I had to pull my family's teeth to take me to work and often spent most of my paycheck just getting to work.

Thankfully where I work now you can just tell management you can't find a ride to work and they'll try to send somebody who is currently at work to go get you and cover the gas out of their own pocket, but the situation really made me think about it all more about how I hated my old job a lot more than I realized even if my current one is seen as a downgrade.

It's crazy what people will sometimes have to go through to try and earn money to live and I wish they didn't have to.

The dream about fighting a hoard of vampiric zombies by simply putting my friend's homemade glaze/sauce for chicken on them and eating the threat like you're at free cookout is by far the strangest way I've come up with an emergency plan for a zombie outbreak yet, and it isn't a bad plan if you can look past the fact that they're zombies and so the meat's been left out getting unsanitary.

And it borders on cannibalism too but this isn't an actual plan so I was just kinda ignoring that.

So as luck would have it my PC (a laptop from 2014) and PS4 both decided to bite the dust roughly around the same time--PC has a battery issue and PS4 is just in a broken loop of needing to be updated with a flash drive cause it won't do shit otherwise and is somehow stuck in safemode.

However, I'm not gonna let that bug me too much, been planning on a new PC for 2 years anyway and I think I'll need a decent PC for the stuff I plan to do anyway!

Unfortunate that they'd both crap out on me right as I decide to do a random sims challenge and actually document it, but the PC still functions a bit so I still might be able to do it!

Please don't ask me where I found any of my cc though, I'd like to credit the creators properly but for the life of me I don't know which of it I found and can link people to and which of it a friend of mine has given me when trading households with them back and forth.

Hello everyone!

I don't plan to use this blog for anything more than venting about my frustrations and occasionally talking about food, movies, books or games--and I'm not gonna lie I'm a bit of a mess so sorry if the organization here is more than sloppy.

All questions I might ask in my posts are strictly rhetorical, however if someone genuinely wants to talk about anything feel free to contact me!

Now then, since this is supposed to be an introduction post here's a few things about me for anyone curious:

My name isn't really something I keep secret but I guess on here I'll answer to Grams? I really don't care what people call me specifically so long as I know I'm the one they're talking to so go nuts.

At the time of writing this post I'm 25 (subject to change every July) and with no plans to do much if any nsfw stuff on here minors are welcomed just be aware that I am an adult and have no plans or intentions beyond friendship.

Speaking of relationships--I (sorta?) identify as Ace. Now since sexuality is different for everyone what that means for me specifically is I am uninterested in the sex part of romance but I'm absolutely here for the fluffy romance bits so keep that in mind if I talk fandom stuff! I'm not against other people doing what they like (within reason of not involving minors or animals, but as far as Furries go you guys are fine as long as it's not the before mentioned minors or literal animals).

I'm AFAB and pretty comfortable with who I am so no issues if here if someone sees me as something else by mistake, just don't intentionally misgender people for fun cause that can seriously harm someone.

As for the way I plan to tag things, let it be no secret I'm kinda dumb on how tumble works so mistakes might be made but you can see examples in the tags.
