Wearing a custom mask, insulated clothes and an electric current across his knuckles, “Chili Pepper” is sent to protect important figures and silence potential foes. While Chili Pepper doesn’t appear anywhere on Otoishi’s glowing resume, the masked enforcer’s reputation is both well known and well feared in the dark corners of the industry. Akira finally has the fame he obsessed over for years and relishes every moment of it.
