Todays morning weight was 43,5kg. Im okay with it, since i was with my boyfriend the start of the week and he fed me alot (i couldnt really decline since i dont want to make him worry). So i was almost 45kg 3 days ago. Today i got a bit too excited about tomorrows cheatday. I ate berry porridge, unsweetened youghurt and then downed a tub of halo top and snacks. It doesnt happen often, i guess today was a bad day. So i got stressed in the evening and went to exersice an additional 600kcal to make sure i dont gain weight.

I started loosing weight during quarantine since i never did andything and i had just started a new realitionship, and wanted to look good.
I started out weighing 50kg, im 157cm. Pretty normal. But noticed after a month, only weighing 47kg and then a week later 46. This sparked some confidence for me to keep going. As months went by, i upped my game with eating more healthy and exersicing on top of being a dancer.
Right now i strive to eat a bit above 500-600kcal a day, i do gym 6 times a week and burn atleast 500kcal by exersice, daily.
I have one cheatday a week, which i try to exersice off as fast as possible.
My goal is to weigh around 40-41kg, low fat, but still maintain some muscle and look fit.
This boy. He's the best, he lifts my mood so much. I get motivated and cant get off track!
I wanna lose weight so he doesnt have to see As much fat when we might get undressed. I mean idk if this happens but if it does I dont want him to see the fat :(
(ahhhhh it is done…i needed so much more time, than i though… coloring the frames the fu****ing water, recording…ahhhhhhhand there are still so many mistakes….but i am kinda proud)
