This is Microw the Corviknight! He's a Pokedoll plush like Nubbins, so he's really smol and really nubby. It was another case of love at first sight when I saw him on the Pokemon Center website, I just knew I had to have him and since I had a rough week at work, decided to treat myself to this lil guy and a mini tin of cards.

The real fun part was when I realized earlier that Microw is even smaller than Nubbins, and therefore more adorable!

I really love Microw and his nubby lil legs already, and I'm glad I decided to add him to the Pokefamily

Chonk gave me some help with a project I was working on back in December, because as always, I needed a head form, and Chonk has the biggest head, and was closer than any of my wig heads.

Bonus pictures of my bird perched on top of Wet Noodle when I brought her to my room one day. She didn't want to come back down, but she did look pretty on top of his head.

This is Absolute Unit the Snorlax, I ordered him along with Wet Noodle from the Build-a-Bear website because not only am I a sucker for Pokemon Build-a-Bears, but I REALLY like a good chonky plushie. I'll take a comparison photo of him and Chonk at some point because he's really big, though he's just the regular sized one, not the limited run jumbo sized snorlax that I passed on because I didn't have the funding at the time. I absolutely adore this Absolute Unit and am very glad to have him in my Pokefamily

This is Wet Noodle the Vaporeon. I had to order him off the Build-a-Bear website because he was sold out in stores, I also ordered a Snorlax with him because I had missed him when he was released as well, but that's for another post. Wet Noodle came with a voice box that I think is really silly, and am still kind of upset that I had to pay for, I'm not exactly a huge fan on the online exclusive bundles because they cost more than I like to spend, but I REALLY wanted to add Wet Noodle to my collection, so I sent for him anyway. He's very nice to hug and I absolutely love him. Wet Noodle is a highly valued member of the Pokefamily .w.

This is Zap-Nanner the Jolteon. He's a banana scented Build-a-Bear and he's very cuddly. I admittedly braved the mall a few months ago to get him, I had actually been hoping to find Vaporeon, but they were sold out, but they did have Jolteons, so I made this boi with a banana scent because he's banana colored. He's a zappy banana, hence Zap-Nanner. Pokemon Build-a-Bears are always so cuddly, so I'm happy I added him to my Pokefamily

This is Nubbins the Psyduck! I saw this little dude on the Pokemon Center website, and it was love at first sight, I had to have him. Nubbins is a Pokedoll plush, which are all really cute, but there was just something special about him. He's just so smol and so nubby >w<

He's just so much tinier than the other Psyducks in my Pokefamily, and it's absolutely adorable. Just look how little he is compared to mmmPsyduck and Chonk!

Bidoof is still my favorite pokemon to date, but at this point Psyduck is a close second, so who knows if this is the last one in my collection. I just love Nubbins so much because he's so cute

This is Ember the Flareon! I got her at Build-a-Bear last year because I absolutely love the Pokemon Build a Bears and the Eeveelution plushies just looked so good. I have Vaporeon and Jolteon as well, which I will post later on. Ember is super fluffy and I absolutely love her, she's a great member of my Pokefamily.

At the same time I made Ember, I also made an Eevee for my sister who had just had a really rough day, his name is Pat and he's on a Postman outfit because it was on clearance and it made her smile, and while he's not in my Pokefamily directly, he's Ember's little brother, so I felt that I needed to share him as well.

These two are Becky the Cramorant and Chomp Chomp the Drednaw. I bought them off the Pokemon Center website when they were doing free shipping on all orders. I bought these two because Cramorant and Drednaw are two of my favorite pokemon from Sword and Shield, and were staples on my team in the game. I named Becky specifically after that one bird from Finding Dory because that bird was seriously "No thoughts, head empty" and I immediately thought of her when I saw Cramorant the first time. Chomp Chomp is just a chompy girl and I just have a soft spot for turtles.

I also find it incredibly important to note that Becky sits very well on Chomp Chomp's back, and it's absolutely adorable. These two are adorable and I am so glad I decided to take them into my Pokefamily

These two are Poppler the Popplio and Frenchy Fry the Rowlet. My parents found both of these guys for me at the thrift store within a week of each other, first Frenchy Fry, then Poppler, and they're adorable. I was honestly surprised that they didn't find a Litten on a later trip to round off the set. Frenchy Fry is a little silly looking if you catch him from the side, and I like that about him. I'm pretty sure he's a claw machine prize based on his quality, but he's still cute, and still a good potato owl. Poppler is a Tomy, and is a similar quality to Chestnut, the Vaporeon brothers, Kippler, and Mozilla, and just as adorable. These two rescues are absolutely great, and I'm happy to have them in my Pokefamily

This is Chestnut the Chespin! I found him last year at the flea market, so I made sure to bring him home. He's a Tomy plush like the two Vaporeons, Kippler, and Mozilla, and is the same quality. He's a very sweet little dude and I'm happy to have him in my Pokefamily

This is Big Twig the Turtwig! I rescued him from the thrift store sometime last year I believe, and him REALLY BIG, the second picture has him next to Mr. Twiggles for scale. They're both the cheap carnival prize type of Pokemon plush, but I really enjoy Turtwig, so I gave this big guy a new home. He may not be too fancy, but Big Twig is a great member of the Pokefamily

Next up on my recent adoptions: the Detective Pikachu mini plush collection! Right before everything locked down, I came across Lulu the Ludicolo and mmmPsyduck the Psyduck on the clearance rack at Walmart, so I brought them home with no hesitation. A couple months later I went to 5 Below and came across Snubs the Snubble, and proceeded to bring her home because she was the only Detective Pikachu plush there. Then I think it was back around November I came across Ryan Reynolds the Pikachu at the thrift store, and I needed to bring him home to complete the set, so I rescued him as well. I'm really happy to have the whole set, and while their names aren't the most original things I came up with, I enjoy them. mmmPsyduck got his name specifically because of one of the sounds he makes being exactly that and it cracked me up, and Ryan Reynolds got his name because I literally am still not over Ryan Reynolds voice coming out a Pikachu on screen (and I am still REALLY disappointed that of the four minis, Pikachu is the only one that doesn't talk). Again, not entirely original, but I'm just happy to have the full set in my Pokefamily

I made an important discovery with Droobles, and that discovery is HE LOOKS ADORABLE IN A BOX

Sobble is my favorite starter from the Sword and Shield, and I was watching for the starter plushies since the game came out. I was fully expecting him to he a lower quality, like Kippler the Mudkip or Mozilla the Fennekin, but he is incredibly soft and very well made for being something other than a Pokémon Center plush. He's not technically a rescue considering I bought him brand new, but Droobles is a crucial part of my Pokéfamily now, joining the ranks of all my other starters, and I absolutely love him. Welcome home, Droobles!

Sorry about the lack of posting, guys, I haven't stopped rescuing plushies, heck if anything I've added more to my collection since the pandemic happened. (I've been placing a lot of orders on the Pokemon Center website and my collection has expanded a bit) I'll try my best to catch up, the game plan being one or two posts a day, but my day job has been wiping me out lately (yay being an essential worker), so I apologize in advance if I don't post more frequently. This is Derp Cabbage the Bulbasaur! I've had him for a couple years now, my mom found him for me at a thrift store while I was in college. He's just so goofy looking, so my friends and I sort of started calling him Derp Cabbage. I would have had pictures of him up sooner, but he was MIA for quite a while after I moved back home. I finally found him while I was going some cleaning a couple weeks ago. I'm pretty sure he's some form of bath toy based on the fact that he feels like a wash cloth and has like a little handle on his belly where you can put a hand through, and a suction cup in his back. I love him just the way he is though, and I'm glad he's part of my Pokéfamily
