UPDATE : my mom was finally able to get ahold of the electric company , and they are no longer shutting us off today , & even reduced the amount they want from us , which is DEFINITELY a relief ! they’re giving us until next week ( april 8th , 2022 ) to pay $422 & they won’t shut off our power . so until then , any signal boosting , commissions , or donations would be INCREDIBLY appreciated . my paypal is available here , my ko-fi here , & i’ll be posting a whole bunch of new carrd examples , psds , some other new things as well . <3

I wanted to give this new style a try. this was inspired by basically multimuses, with the url being the same and changing the name and symbols associated with your muse. the template is 540x90 and has three different styles, two on the same icon size and one in a smaller one. psd not included. requires knowing about clipping masks for the screencaps on the icons. it’s very simple i think to use as well very basic.

How to do your drafts without it being stressful. This is for my indie rp guide tag.
DO THEM OUT OF ORDER: Do the ones that hit the interest quickly and easily.
DELETE SOME: If you don’t see yourself every responding back to them without it being completely forced? Delete it. There is no shame in deleting a draft or ten.
USE A GENERATOR: this is something that I saw someone do once and I love to do it for things now. Put the number of drafts you got in there and go ( 10 ) into a generator if you have 10 drafts. Now if the number lands on 5, count up and do the fifth draft.
MAKE A QUEUE: now this one is easy to say that you will do but hard to put into practice. I put two things in there at first that aren’t replies to give me time to do more replies. At the moment my queue is set to post once a day but you can adjust it as needed.
WRITE DOWN INFORMATION: saw this suggestion once and I love it. Write down first thoughts when you get it. (I’d bullet point it), Honestly this helps for snarky muses because of the fact that I can think of a great quip to have them say but might not have time to write it right then.
USE GOOGLE DOCS: Saw this from a friend. Take two or three replies and put them onto a docs, write on your phone while relaxing.
PIECE AND PART IT: Write a few sentences at a time. Go do something else or make something that relaxes you, add more to it when you remember that it is up.
THERE IS NO DUE DATE: the best part is to know that you aren’t in school so this doesn’t have to be done by X day and time. Get friends that also say it back to you. Both of you can remind each other that things are meant to be fun. My friends and I always go “This is a hobby not a jobby.” and it works for us.

I really love words. I love small words and big words. I love words that sound funny and ones I can barely pronounce. As a reader and a writer, I think it is so vastly important that we try to broaden our vocabulary and actively learn new words. There are so many words out there that you never hear in conversation and ones you rarely even see in a book. So, I made a list of words that I have come across recently that I don’t see or hear very often. I’m not saying to go overboard and substitute every single word with something different. I’m only suggesting that these words need a little love too.
ameliorate (v.): to make or become better, more bearable, or more satisfactory
anthophilous (adj.): attracted by or living among flowers
antipathy (n.): a natural, basic, or habitual repugnance (2) an instinctive contrariety or opposition in feeling; strong dislike
atemporal (adj.): free from limitations of time
