This played after the TFP. I saw a few people talking about it. As a Sherlolly shipper, I do feel the rage came from the fact that Sherlock admitted it and hurt her and himself in the process. I do think the second ILY was real and a realization. Notice Gatiss when he talks about it isn’t really committing fully that Sherlock doesn’t love her. He’s puts a finger to his mouth, looks away, and doesn’t really finish his sentence.
Regardless. I believe in Sherlolky.

Of course, "I owe you a fall" was Moriarty's declaration that he would destroy Sherlock's reputation, but that's not all.

“I knew you'd fall for it. That's your weakness.” In this scene, usually it just sounds like “I knew Sherlock would fall for the lie that there was the computer codes that could unlock any lock in the world.” But it actually has another important meaning in secret. When this show describes Sherlolly, they always deliberately give the clues multiple meanings in order to make them harder to find. Moriarty knew that Sherlock was subconsciously interested in Molly and predicted that if he put Sherlock into a corner, he would plan to fake a suicide, ask Molly for help and then fall in love with her (subconsciously). All along, Moriarty was pretending to be fooled by Sherlock's acting, just like Sherlock.
Where the music stopped is also a clue.
And apple...
Adam and Eve... Obviously, they're very famous for taking a bite out of an apple and falling in love each other. This incident is called "the fall". And there was a serpent who made them eat an apple.

Actually, Moriarty is a Cupid for Molly and Sherlock. Moriarty, by hunting Sherlock down, made Sherlock fake his own death, made him ask Molly for help, made him fall in love with her. Moriarty said "I owe you a fall, Sherlock". He means "I owe you for making you fall in love with Molly". It was all calculated. So this is a beautiful photo.
