today my friend sent me a photo of her gym outfit and her abdomen looked so good… i ve been spiraling for hours, what if i will never look like that.

i ve never been thin, always being on the chubbier side and not for lack of trying. ever since i was little i ve been hating the way i look. i remember telling another girl ‘i wish i could change my body from the neck down to my knees’. i was 9. i ve been dieting since i was 12, but never stuck to it ig, i ve been in a restricting and binging cycle ever since. i have large hip bones, even bigger hip dips, always have had a belly and big thighs. what if i m not meant to be sk!nny? what if this is as far as my body can go? istg i can t live in this body anymore. it s the one thing i can still control, my mind is long gone.
