Okay, let me take a deep breath (in an attempt to stop myself from word vomiting praise and looking like an obsessively devoted individual which I am not, nope, totally not me) and present this little homage to @tierfal‘s amazing works. Beware: they cause addiction. One day I just opened FMA section on AO3 after five or so years after leaving the fandom, and next thing I know is that I need medical help for my heart that alternately breaks and sings inside my chest.

If you haven’t read her works - go and do it and be inappropriately happy. If you haven’t watched the anime - go and watch it, and then come back and check her works. They are all right here. Go crazy.

Tierfal, just saying… thank you for all of your works. From the bottom of my heart and all that jazz. And I had, like, a cardiac arrest or two when I saw how much you’ve written for ‘Loud and Clear’ verse. 

My favorite lines of dialogue from the amazing fic, But Not Buried This Time, by @tierfal!  I read this story ages ago, but somehow the simple yet artful word choice of ‘benediction’ always kept this scene fresh in my mind :)

purge of 2002? of 2012? what ARE those?

Oh, how quickly the past is forgotten. 

They are part of the reason A03 is a thing now. Not the whole reason, but part of it. 

The Great Purges of 2002 and 2012 are when ff.net got a wild hair up their ass about THINK OF THE CHILDREN and nuked any fic posted on there that was explicit. Thousands upon thousands of nc-17 smutfics were lost.

It’s what led to the creation of alternate hosting sites for smutty fic…AdultFanfiction was the one I went to…but thousands of fics would never be recovered. 

Sometimes I think that before getting married, Ed didn't really think of taking Roy's name as an issue- or that he doesn't really want to make a fuss of having 'Mustang' etched into his mailbox placate. (They are living together already so what's the issue?)

But then he wasn't really expecting anything either, when they were filling out their marriage paperwork and there it is, written Elric-Mustang instead of General's family name replacing it entirely.

"It's a gift from your late mother and I have no right nor the intention on taking it away." And Edward just cry

Anyways, I had no idea what to draw for this day so on the day before (19) I randomly sketched this, as a vague suggestion, but then I had no more ideas so I ended up cleaning and coloring this one ^^’

Yes, both Roy and Ed have wedding rings and dog tags! Because, yes.
