Hi guys! I made a guide on how to cycle through and reset campsite villagers, since I found this method a lot more palatable and easier than mystery islands and trading. Some notes:
THIS IS NOT MY ORIGINAL SEQUENCE, I just arranged the steps and reworded things so that it’s easier to understand/you cover all your bases from the beginning! I troubleshot for the 15 hours I did this to find Raymond, so it’s an adaptation but the idea isn’t mine. THE ORIGINAL POSTER is u/dogoat on reddit. I only adapted this since the subreddit they posted in (r/adoptmyvillager) is locked and inaccessible.
TIME TRAVELLING is REQUIRED. That being said, you are guaranteed to find who you’re looking for as long as you do this for long enough, which are better odds than mystery islands. You can also reset to kick out who you want.
This has worked for me, some other islanders on the subreddit before it was taken down, and some other that I know. If you encounter any trouble, please let me know so I can make edits haha.
I hope it helps people! I got Raymond through this method after 400+ Nook Mile Islands with no luck and a lot of repeats (out of 402 villagers I seemed to be stuck within the same 220, yes I logged everything and checked) so I hope it helps others who are looking since villager trading is so bugged right now and there are no other ways to get new villagers like Raymond, Audie, and Dom except through the islands. Best of luck, and I hope you don’t need to cycle too much before you find who you are looking for!

Here’s my complete blue rose guide for ACNH! There’s a couple different methods here, but they all have the same result of blue roses! I know it’s a little complicated, but choose which method works for you :D! Remember to start from seeds if it’s indicated, and to follow each guide vertically 🌷🌼🌻!

TIPS FOR PATTERNS IN PATHS!
Using a pattern (like my fun homemade one here) ontop of a path can give it a more natural and uniform look. In order for a pattern to fit in a path like this, you need at least 1 transparent pixel in the design. You wont notice it if you stick it in a corner, as about 6 of the pixels from the sides on all sides will be eaten by the grass around the path. Keep this in mind when making borders- my patterns have an 8 pixel wide border.
Path textures will show up under the pattern, and the dark dirt path has the most notable variation of colour from the original pattern, making it look darker and (imo) more natural. Play around with what you want for your path before deciding what base path you use!

I know its been a while since i’ve posted! but seeing everyone’s towns again makes me so happy :~) so i thought i would share my island update so far!! i hope everyone is able to keep safe with ac indoors!!
anyways, Kaleido is finally a 5 star island but the work is no where close to done!! still have so much landscaping and garden work to do but I am loving the Island Designer app! We love waterfalls in this town :~) ♡
Stitches house will still need a lot of work but he is enjoying the lighthouse, waterfalls & pizza oven of course :~)

First it should be noted, you will almost definitely need to have terraforming unlocked to be able to do this, since I don’t think there’s a high probability of finding this layout naturally occurring on the map!
