Drizella: That means you’ll be our servant girl.
Cinderella: I wanted to be a princess, too…
Drizella: We can’t all be princesses. Someone has to be the servant. Anastasia?
Anastasia: I still want to be a princess-
Drizella: Sorry, Cinders but someone has to do it.

Meanwhile, the girls were making introductions themselves on the playground.
???: Our mother wanted us to play with you.
Cinderella: Oh. That’s nice of you guys. I’m Cinderella.
Anastasia: Anastasia.
Drizella: And I’m Drizella but you can call me “Your Majesty” because we’re playing princess!
Anastasia: Ooh! I want to be a princess, too!

???: Is that blonde one your little girl? My daughters seem to have taken a liking to her.
Hunter: Oh yeah, that's my Cinderella. It's nice of your girls to play with her - we've just moved here and she hasn't had a chance to make any friends yet.
Donna: I was going to ask if you were new to the city! The girls and I come to this park all the time, so we won't be strangers for long. I'm Donna.
Hunter: It's nice to meet you, I'm Hunter. I'm not really new, I used to live here years back but Ella and I moved back here together not too long ago.
Donna: Just you and your daughter? I'm sorry - I don’t mean to pry…
Hunter: It’s alright. Her mother passed before we moved. Sort of why we left. *sighs* It’s just us now.

???: Oh, that girl over there looks so lonely - girls, why don’t you go play with her?
???: Mother! I don’t wanna-
???: Now.

As the sun was just beginning to set, Cinderella asked her dad if he'd take her to the playground to play for just a bit until they had to leave. She was having so much fun and wasn't ready for the day to end just yet!

Her dad looked pretty comfortable fishing, so Cinderella went by herself down to the food stalls to order some food. That probably wasn't the best decision though, as she didn't know what she was ordering and ended up burning her mouth!

Seasons changed and Hunter and Cinderella were settled in the city. Hunter pasted on a smile and turned to his daughter.
Hunter: I think we're going to be just fine here, Ella. It's gonna be a little different from Henford but we can be at home here in San Myshuno.
Snow: Yeah, Dad. I'm sure things are gonna be great!

Snow cooked all her food with love and the best meal Hunter could provide was ordering a pizza. He wasn't sure how well he was going to do this whole "single parent" thing but at least Cinderella seemed okay.

Taking a look at all the simoleons he and Snow saved up in her piggy bank, he had an idea of what needed to be done.

Unfortunately, things were a bit harder for Hunter. The sudden loss of his wife caused him to develop a midlife crisis. Waking up in their bed alone, going through life in the cottage - Snow's cottage, without her there made him angry, tense or sad each day. Cinderella’s smiling face helped him to keep going but he knew things wouldn’t get better unless they made some kind of change.

And Jac stayed right by her side until Cinderella began to feel like smiling again. Things would never be the same without her mom but she didn’t want to be sad forever. Snow wouldn’t want her to. She’d want her to be kind and to take care of those around her and so that’s what Cinderella would do.
