#12 Boracay
Tumblr media
Boracay is seven kilometer of the finest, most powdery white sand you’ve ever seen. There is something truly amazing about the quality of the sand that no other island has.
Boracay is famous for White Beach, the touristy area that attracts many tourists, especially on long weekends and holidays. But that’s not all that Boracay has to offer, there are several lesser-known beaches and coves that are quieter and definitely more relaxing, but just as beautiful. These are some other beaches that you shouldn’t miss
- Bulabog Beach is where all the water and kite activities are found. During certain times of the year, Bulabog Beach is the windiest part of the island and the choppy waters are dotted with kite boarders who seem to gently dart towards all directions.
- Diniwid Beach is my personal favorite; this tiny cove offers the best sunset views in my opinion. The small beach can only accommodate a limited number of tourists, so it’s rarely ever packed.
- Angol Beach is more rustic than other parts of the island. Here, I can enjoy a great pizza and cocktail in the middle of the afternoon and fall asleep on a hammock – that’s how quiet it can get.

#9 Batangas
Tumblr media
Vulcan point island
Getting to this small island is a pretty long walk, but if you can get a vantage point from above you will have an amazing view. The island is located inside of Lake Taal. When you look in the middle of the lake, you will find Taal Volcano, which is one of the most active volcanoes in the world. Inside that volcano, there is a small body of water called Crater Lake, and in the middle of that lake is Vulcan Point Island.
Fortune Island
Closer to the mainland now in Nasugbu is the mysterious and haunting Fortune Island. Originally developed in the nineties as an uber luxury, the absence of any viable freshwater source forced the development to a halt in 2006.
What is left is a surreal collection of abandoned spaces and buildings, most notable of which are the pillars of a Parthenon-inspired structure along a narrow strip of land that would give any tourist a taste of the Athenian ruins.
Location: Brgy. Bucana, Nasugbu
How to Get There:
Via Public Transport:
– Take a Nasugbu-bound bus and alight at Jollibee, Nasugbu.
– Take a tricycle to Fortune Island Resort on the mainland.
– Take the resort boat to the island.
Budget: around P1,500 per head
Activities to Do: Swimming, Cliff diving, Snorkeling, Site tour, Diving to underwater wreck sites
Don’t Miss:
– The San Diego Warship Museum on the island, complete with a replica of the San Diego galleon, a Spanish shipwreck that was discovered in the area in 1992.
– A 30-minute trek to the lighthouse
– Wreck of a freight ship and a Volkswagen minibus
Taal Volcano
Taal is one of the smallest active volcanoes in the world. Yes, it is little but, mind you, it is very, very active. In fact, it is one of the few “Decade Volcanoes” in the world. According to Science Daily, Decade Volcanoes are 16 volcanoes identified by the International Association of Volcanology and Chemistry of the Earth’s Interior (IAVCEI) as being worthy of particular study in light of their history of large, destructive eruptions and proximity to populated areas. It only takes two to three hours to get to the jump off point in Talisay, Batangas. From there, you can rent a small boat to take you to the volcano island
Batangas is also one of the places in the Philippines where you can visit many places like resorts, islands and many more so make sure you visit Batangas if you visit the Philippines

Surf competitions are held twice a year. A three level viewing deck provides people who love surfing to watch the action up close.
Beaches are what the Philippines are famous for, and Siargao Island has plenty of it. Between Cloud9 and the village of General Luna you’ll find several kilometers of white sand.
As Siargao Island hasn’t been discovered by the masses yet, you’ll only have to share the beach with a few locals, the odd dog passing by and the always-present Hermit Crabs. Nearby islands like Daku Island, Guyam Island and Naked Island are also blessed with untouched beaches, making Siargao Island a heaven for beach bums.
Siargao is one of the places to visit if you want to try island hopping with your friends and families. Siargao has the bluest ocean with white sands that’ll capture your heart. it’s best to visit Siargao between March and October because this is the dry season and for those people who wants to try surfing the best months to visit Siargao is August to November. #1 Why You Should Visit The Philippines
Tumblr media
Filipinos are the most kind and friendly people, extremely welcoming to those people who visit the Philippines,They always seem happy and smiling, and they love to sing and to dance whenever there is an occasion to celebrate. Philippines does not only have nice people but also beautiful places you can visit, Philippines has approximately 7, 107 islands and some of those islands are like paradise which tourists love to visit all the time with beautiful white sands  although I have not been to all the  places, I’ve heard great things about the places foreigners and local visit.
Philippines is an easy place to find beaches, island and   a lot more because almost everyone knows how to speak English and you’re less likely to get lost because people always offer help and sometimes offer you to stay at their homes which is a normal thing for Filipinos to do because they love to share and help others who’s unfamiliar with the place.
It’s not only the people but also your money, Your money in the Philippines will go a long way, if you’re from abroad then you will feel like a king or a queen in the Philippines. Food is cheap and readily in all forms such as street food, restaurants, and big supermarkets. It's also very cheap to travel to different places by a plane or a boat.
