i did it. finally getting my ass back in therapy after 6 years. was crying while filling out the patient form and then another form to confirm my schedule next week. that's how i know it's bad haha. been ignoring my mental health real bad lately just because i know i'm still able to function anyway especially at work. but ignoring it has been taking a toll on my physical health now too. i'm scared to restart this journey (my last experience was horrible) but i'm so proud of myself for taking care of my mental health on my own and finally taking the steps to better my life. i hope my dad in heaven gives me strength. i really need you.

certified makati gurlie na ko at nakakapag gala na ko sa mga kanto at pasikot sikot dito hahaha
dami naming date nights ng besties ko ako na pinupuntahan nila dito sa makati sinusundo ako sa office pag may dinner date kami ehehehehe kileg
everyday walk trip with my work buddies dumadaan kami lagi ng glorietta. minsan may konting pag muni muni sa tabi bago umuwi
trying to spend more time with my pets na rin ulit kahit na medyo hectic pa rin ang schedule kasi para kanino pa ba ako nagpapaka-alipin sa salipi. walang iba kundi para sa mga junakis ko (my pets HAHA)
may office pet na kami!!!!!!! si maki 🥺 nirescue ng isang coworker sa parking lot namin tapos inampon na rin kaya pet na rin namin siyang lahat dito sa opisina hehehe pampawala rin stress 🥰

Week 1 🖤
Hirap pa rin ako mag adjust sa schedule ko dahil 2-3 hrs ang allotted time ko for commute. Papunta at balik so 6 hrs din sa isang araw ko ang dedicated sa commute pa lang yan huhu.
Wala na kong buhay halos dahil wala na kong time sa kahit ano, kain na kain ng work hours plus travel time ko daily.
PERO sobrang hirap magreklamo dahil alagang-alaga kami sa work. First day pa lang spoiled na kami agad. Ang babait ng mga tao super friendly. Kahit yung mga boss namin from Sweden ang babait may pasalubong pa nga samin ang cute cute nila tapos kalaro lang namin mag ping-pong at kakwentuhan :((((
Grabe din yung culture. Ang approachable ng lahat and super helpful at friendly and generous
So bale ako na lang yung mag-aadjust at lalapit sa office hahaha. Di option sakin lumipat dahil ang hirap talaga makahanap ng work na hindi toxic at all, alaga kami, and mahal ko ginagawa ko.
Ayoko sana magbitbit ng kotse dahil ayoko naman problemahin ang parking at gas pero I think eventually I need to. Ang laking kain sa oras ko ng travel time ko eh wala na kong pahinga halos. But, hindi pa ko praktisado magdrive sa labas ng city ko so will need to practice that muna.
Planning to move out na rin maybe next year. Sabi ko nga ako na talaga mag-aadjust at lalapit sa opisina haha. I just love it here. Close agad kami ng team ko and parang 1 year na kaming magkakakilala kahit 1 week pa lang :') 💖
Yung mga boss namin from Sweden, lumipad for the first time dito sa Pinas para lang mameet kami huhuhu. Grabe they are so supportive and encouraging. Last day ng office namin tinreat nila kami ng lunch dahil babalik na sila sa Sweden tapos dami nilang pics na kinuha samin dahil mamimiss daw kami. Ang dami ko ring natutunan sa kanila. Grabe will miss them sana bumalik sila agad 🥺

♡ Running on 0 hours of sleep
♡ Nagpractice kung paano magcommute going to my new workplace kasi ang tagal tagal ko nang di nagcocommute talaga so outdated na yung kaalaman ko at for sure mawawala ako sa first day ko kung di ko pinractice yung dadaanan ko lol
♡ Kahit magcocollapse na ko sa pagod at antok lumabas kami ulit para bumisita kay papa. Medyo matagal na rin since last bisita ko kay papa kasi nabusy lang din talaga di pa ako maka-bwelo noon
♡ Finally nakapagkwento na rin ako kay papa kung anong updates sa buhay ko. Sana natuwa ka sa chinika ko sayo tungkol sa mga pinagkakaabalahan ko sa buhay ngayon. Nakakamiss yung mga kwentuhan natin noon gabi-gabi :)
